Worst Sushi Ever! – I give Sushi Han ONE star only because there was no half star option. Sushi Han was the absolute worst sushi experience I've ever had. The place is cool; beautiful ambiance, nice colors, easy on the eyes, however, that's the only "good" that Sushi Han has to offer. I went for a birthday lunch and ended up walking out, hungry and angry. The service was pretty much non-existent. We had 3 waitresses walk past our table repeatedly without stopping by to say hi, or to take a drink order. We had to literally stop one and ask her to please take our order. She didn't write anything down, so none of the drinks were right when they were brought out 15 minutes later. An hour and a half into it and 2 out of 7 people had been served cold food. Later, our sushi made a short cameo - totally the wrong order, cold, unpleasant looking and smelling and to top it off they use Krab in their California Rolls. Ugh! I can buy that at 7/11. Sushi Han is the worst sushi a person can buy. Don't bother - there are too many great sushi restaurants in Denver to waste your time and patience with Sushi Han.

Not so fresh sushi – I went to order take out on a Friday afternoon. The place wasn't very busy so I placed my order. The person who took my order did not tell me how long it was going to take. After waiting 15min. I asked them how long was it going to be. They said another 5 min., which was true. I brought the sushi back to eat. After opening the box and seeing the color of the fish it didn't look fresh. I decided to try it anyways. I was right it did not have a fresh taste to it. I would not recommend this place to anyone nor will I visit again. There are several other places that serve amazing sushi in the Denver area.

Great Dining, Great Decor, charming atmosphere – Compared to other sushi places in the Denver area (E.g. Samurai, off Arapahoe, and that pretentious place in Parker) this is outstanding. Bonus: The owners are great company if get the chance to engage them.

Great sushi, great place, great experience!! – Incredible sushi and great attention to detail in the presentation, the service, the atmosphere! The dragon and lion roll cannot be beat. Baked mussels are also terrific.

good sushi, improved service – I went on a pre-blizzard Wednesday night, not many patrons, so the service I found to be okay. The sushi was good, I ordered the Dragon Roll, salmon nigiri, and spicy tuna, all were fresh tasting and of good quality. I also had a side of the seaweed/cucumber salad, yum. All in all, a pleasant and quiet dinner. I suppose service here depends on how crowded and busy the place is....

Slower than molasses in January – I consider myself to be a pretty patient person when it comes to dining. I understand that if the place is packed, service is bound to be a little slow. But to say Sushi Han's service is slow would be like saying the Empire State Building is fairly tall. We had to ask to even have our drink orders taken, let alone food orders. The sushi is o.k. - nothing spectacular. The ambience - fairly decent. But the service is just mind-boggling. I couldn't believe how long our meal took just because of slow service. Don't eat here if you're A) in a hurry or even have someplace to be in an hour and a half, or B) hungry.

The best tuna salad ever! – Sushi Han has the best tuna salad and the best stuffed mushroom! The place is nice and cozy. Love Tam, the sushi chef and owner! When possible, go there on weekends as Lin is there and she takes good care of you!

Deserted Island – Where is the server, where is the cashier, where is everybody else? After we ordered, the staff became ghost. We could not get more food without actually going to look for our server. The same went for getting more drink refills. At point we caught them watching tv and eating instead of assiting the customers. The food was fresh but the service was seriously lacking.

Sushi Heaven! – Freshest seafood in town!

I went to Sushi Han for lunch and ordered their sashimi salad which had the brightest rainbow of colored fish on top a bed of mixed greens I have ever seen.

The sashimi melted in my mouth.

That's how you know you are getting the freshest fish in town. I'll be back!
