These people are great! I recommend them highly. They saved a leather sofa, chair, and loveseat that we thought were ruined. They have also done great work on my Uggs, and a couple of purses I took in. GREAT! I have returned many times and each time they explain their process and I tell them I just want it to be clean, not new! I don't expect or want it to. Leather lasts forever and wear makes it more unique, adding to its character. I have sent a lot of my friends to them, usually because when they see one of my purses and ask where I got it, I tell them all my purses are several years old and that this company has kept them in great shape for many years.

I had a Michael Kors bag cleaned to prevent a water stain. I was initially very happy with the repair, however, upon further inspection the "cleaning" process has removed leather dye in splotches on the handles, and completely faded it noticeably (this part was concealed by wrapping when picked up). It is unfortunate because I almost feel I would have been better off with the water stain, my $70, and still have the handles looking nice. However, upon calling about my dissatifaction they offered to color-match and dye the handles back to original color at no cost. I am anticipating picking it up in a few weeks, hoping for a full restoration. I will update my review upon pickup.

Really nice and great people. Good Prices – REPLY to pjsuther. With over a 99.65% satisfaction rating we always are disappointed when our service does not meet expectations, and that you felt it was necessary to use the type of language you did when speaking to our manager. She offered to refund your money and/or re-clean the jacket at no charge. I do not know what else we could have done, but are happy that everything worked out for you.

Excellent. Brought in two Bronco coats no one else would do. They look great. Very nice and convenient. Highly recommend!

Glad folks had a good experience with their leather furniture. Our leather jacket didn't do so well. We took it in to be cleaned and reconditioned, and it came back dried out and with gray patches all over, looking worse than when we took it in. Thankfully we were able to restore most of it with a commercially available leather dressing. We can only recommend that people keep their $35 and recondition their leather wear themselves.

Great service and great quality. Their furniture cleaning is awesome!!! We have used them on several occasions and they are on time, reliable, and our old furniture still looks like new. They have also done great work on our leather jackets and my Coach Purses.

Great service. They have been able to clean and restore items everyone else said could not be done! My Bronco and Avalanche coats look like new. 4 other places said they would be ruined if cleaned. The prices aren't ridiculous, like Dependable Cleaners (who could not clean them) and the people are great to deal with.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE! The previous review and the owner's response convinced me these people are sincere...and they are. They cleaned a jacket and a vest for me.They offer two services and I requested the expensive service for both pieces.They told me the vest would look just as good with the less expensive service and saved me $10! WOW, usually it goes the other way. I am very impressed and the two items look great.

Sometimes communications break down. Our situation got out of hand and almost left us both with bad feelings which would never be repaired.
