STAY AWAY!!!! These folks are unscrupulous and dishonest. They are careless and irresponsible--they visibly damaged my car and *lied* about it. Yes, the prices are cheap, but you so get what you pay for! It's the worst car wash i have ever used, and I will never go back.
Great Detail, Great Price – First professional detail experience. I went to Waterworks after researching them online -- they had the best price. When I pulled up, I was greeted right away. They took my car and I made myself at home and worked on my laptop for 45 minutes or so . . . comfortable, quiet and complimentary coffee. They did a great job -- didn't miss any detail. After the detail, I went to meet a prospective buyer for the car -- and sold it! I will definitely come here again.
BEST IN TOWN BY A LONGSHOT – This place is the bomb.
I get a pristine car wash every time--even if they have to run my car through twice.
Car is always dried properly and windows are always streak free...always polite, place is always immaculate; always a free cup of starbucks coffee & a shoe-shine.
It's a bit spendy, but all in all, worth every penny. These guys do it right...
Simply the Best... – I live in Cherry Creek N. and I am very familiar with this wash as I have three vehicles that I have washed regularly here for the past six years. I have consistently had nothing but good to excellent experiences with the car wash and the staff.
Just recently after washing my wife's car she noticed that the small foam mat that sits at the bottom of the cup holder was missing. When it was brought to my attention the next day I phoned Waterworks and was explained that it was possible that the mat could have been picked up by the vacuum. I was then informed that unfortunately the mat would not be retrievable due to them cleaning out the vacuums and trash every night. The young lady proceeded to get my information and told me that I would be contacted by a manager. During my next visit I was greeted by one of the managers who knew who I was with a brand new cup holder mat from the dealer. I was taken back by how attentive the staff was to what I though was such a minor concern.
It is so refreshing to run into customer service of this level. I highly recommend Car Wash Waterworks to anyone, as it had come highly recommended to me from my friends.
The Best Car Wash in Denver Regardless of Price. – A full service car wash that does a great job at a price less than most car washes charge just to spray down your car. I used to go to car washes where you basically had to clean the car yourself (feeding coins into a vending machine) and I could never get the car as clean as these folks do. Have also paid as much as 20 bucks at other full service car washes that didn't do as good a job. Great detail shop (I have them wax my car twice a year) and a free cup of Starbucks coffee every time I go in. Can't beat it. Two thumbs up!
Not a good experience at Water Works – If you ever saw the Seinfeld episode featuring the Angry Soup Shop Owner, these people that work behind the counter at Water Works Car Wash are the equivalents. "NO CAR WASH FOR YOU TODAY"!!! They must truly not like their jobs. I felt like I did something wrong by just wanting my car washed. They must not like customers plus I could do a better job myself in half the time. The owner or owners need to have a chat with their staff. See ya......
Welcome to Swirl Mark City, where the people are rude and the service is shoddy. – After reading the couple of positive reviews on this car wash, I decided to give Waterworks a try.... BIG MISTAKE. The automated car was was alright, but the drying and after wash services were horrible.
As soon as the car comes out of the tunnel, it gets taken to a group of people who proceed to dry down the car with filthy, dirt-riddled rags. Not only do they start with dirty rags, but they dry the car from the bottom up, introducing any residual dirt from the lower body panels to the upper body panels, swirling the hell out of the car's clear coat in the process. My poor 5 month old car suddenly looked like it had gone through 5 years of environmental fallout!!
The person who cleans the door jambs also did a half-assed job, spraying chemical cleaners all over the place, but only bothering to wipe up about half of it. When I pointed out that she missed a bunch of spots, I was greeted a glare, and a hasty attempt to wipe up the rest of the cleaner. Obviously, some parts were still missed, as the interior of the car continued to smell like cleaner for the better part of a week.
Upon returning home, I find a new half inch scratch (yes, scratch, not a swirl mark) down the back of my trunk lid that wasn't there before. Of course, by then it was too late to confront them, as there was no way Waterworks would ever admit fault.
This was the first, and the ABSOLUTE LAST TIME that I will EVER take my car to this place. The people are rude, have absolutely no care for your car or any common sense whatsoever. If you drive a beat-up old bucket of bolts, feel free to use Waterworks. However, if you are a car enthusiast like me and actually care about keeping your car looking nice, avoid Waterworks like the plague.
That is, unless you like frequent visits to Swirl Mark City.
Excellent Car Wash! – This place did a great job very fast! I took my car in to get it ready to be sold on a Saturday afternoon, thinking I'd spend my whole afternoon there. However, I was approached almost as soon as I pulled up and asked what type of service I wanted (I will say it's a little confusing how to get through the car was; it''s not very well marked for people). I got out of my car and they immediately went to work. I started watching TV, but within 5 minutes, the car was outside being finished up. It was great! The car looked and smelled great after, and was prime for picture taking and nice to drive in as well. Will do it again with my new car!
great wash, great detailing, excellent service – I can't say enough about my experience yesterday with Waterworks. I had my car detailed, and they did a beautiful job. The folks were all friendly, and the work was finished when promised. I had a chance to meet the owner when I had some questions after the detailing was done and the car was running a bit rough. Turned out to have absolutely nothing to do with the car wash, but the company stood by me very supportively and helped me get it resolved. Wow.
