Tips for Burch Ford
Burch Ford in La Habra. I had the worst experience at Burch for and I think it was because I was a woman. What they did was a verbal Bait and Switch I thought I was getting a Fusion V6 and later when I had the car I notice it did not have the pick up for being I thought a V6. So I called their service dept and ask about the size of the motor that was listed on the blue sticker that on the window of new cars and to my surprise found out I was take for a V4 instead of a V6. I Boone at Burch for and he said that this would be taken care of. Well his Manager Charles Nettles are both liars I was told I could not have the car I had requested the day I had purchased my car. Woman who have been taken by men please do not buy your car or truck at Burch Ford they are liars and cheats, we work to damn hard for this . I will be reporting this to the DMV inspector I will not give up ...
What are these people talking about?. Let me say that this was the second and LAST car I will ever purchase from Burch Ford! I bought my F150 there in December '06 and they were the entire definition of UNPROFESSIONAL! I was pressured in the finance office to buy some junk I didn't need, just so they could turn up a higher profit. The salesmen was some rookie who didn't even offer me a test drive and had no idea how to sell a car! I would NOT recommend anyone buy a car from these rip-off artists. If I am going to pay a lot of money, I would expect better service! Their service was a lot better when I bought my firsr car from them back in April '05. Don't know how they could have turned so bad so quickly.

I trust them!. I purchased two vehicles from Burch Ford and have them serviced there routinely. Their staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly. I trust their mechanics with my car. No games from them...just honest work.
