I am a disabled veteran from the Iraq war. I went to kuni and got a used car 4 days later and car died on the highway almost getting hit by cars. I had to get my brother to jump me 10 times to get it to Walmart parking lot left overnight next day got a new battery 6 days later car dies again dealer told me ill have to get a new computer chip 1200 dollars. Refusing to take back to the car they offered a trade but add 2500 extra on another car. Do not go here!!! All veterans beware they could care less for us vets
Please shop elsewhere! I come from a customer service industry and am appalled at the service my family received at Kuni Honda. The salesman was nice, but his heavy-set, angry, extremely rude manager forced us to rethink any business we give to this dealership. Cars can be bought anywhere, it's the deal and customer service that earns business, this manager offered neither. He was very demeaning and embarrassed my family. I strongly discourage anyone from buying from this dealership/manager as he made it clear he sells "400 cars per month" and doesn't need our business- Dont give him yours. We buy 1-2 cars per year for business, and have always stayed loyal to Honda, but will most definitely not be buying from this dealer and will absolutely make sure our family and friends follow suit. Do yourself a favor and move on, there are plenty of other non-affiliated dealers in the Denver area!
Hire some people that actually have dignity and pride. This place is the scum of car dealerships. Take your money else where, you will be much happier down the road.
I love the Kuni Honda Service Department. Their convenience and professionalism are the sole reason I am on my third Honda.”
Kuni Honda always does service in a professional manner and keeps you aware of needed maintenance. Kuni Honda is honest and reliable. I have owned 3 Honda's and purchased 2 of them at Kuni Honda.
Cameron and the finance team did an amazing job. I had limited time to spend during the purchase process and they made it happen. I would recommend asking for Cameron if you are in the market for a new Honda.
The sales person was patient and helpful. There are many models and cars to choose from, and the whole purchasing process was smooth and efficient. We are also happy that the price was quickly agreed upon: we dread negotiations.
Everyone at Kuni was fantastic! I have been searching for a new car for months and was to the point of giving up when I was referred to Kuni. I felt that as a single woman dealerships offered me less than attractive deals and where less willing to negotate. For the first time ever I am proud and confident in my auto purchase!
I appreciate the clean waiting room and free coffee. Toyota provides neither.
The service facility is state-of-the-art. Kuni Honda's waiting room is very customer friendly. There is always bottled water (nicely chilled), snacks, coffee, current magazines, and free internet. Last time I was there, I was even asked by an employee who was replenishing beverages if he could get anything for me while I was sitting and relaxing on one of their couches. I was simply blown away!
