Cherry Creek Audio has terrible customer service. Very unsatisfied with them selling broken equipment and then Regina asking me to pay for repairs - the very same day I purchased audio equipment. They also had difficulties with their credit card system.
They have nothing in stock - not even cables.
Only disappointed by Cherry Creek Audio in Denver, Colorado. Go to ListenUp - I've had wonderful experiences purchasing there!!!
Filled my world with sound and help – Im very confused and concerned with the other reviews of Cherry Creek Audio .
My experiences have been polar opposite .
The staff in the store was friendly and knowledgable .
They answered all of my questions in a simple way that i could understand and the installation staff was second to none .
This wasn't my first experience with a nice system and I have had interesting experiences with the other guys in town but in everyday Cherry creek was helpful and completed my project with ease and it was great I will go back in the future !
Avoid like the plague – Bought an expensive home theater from these guys and when things got hard they dumped me on a sub-contractor. One year later and thousands of dollars more, I still have a mess.
These guys sold me a system with full automation (advanced remote control). The in-house programmer never could get the remote to work (6 months of trying and tons of now shows) so the dumped me on a new sub contractor and refused to give me my money back. The sub-contractor (Starr Home Theater) sold me $5000 in new equipment, took 6 more months the get it about 80% working than stopped comming.
Bottom line -- One year has gone buy and I just paid $1200 more to have another guy fix it. Avoid these guys like the plague!
Let The Buyer Beware – They are dishonest.
I will never buy another peice of equipment from them.
Be very wary of the "Special Order" clause on the back of their invoice.They will use it to try to make the customer pay for components they need to have ordered and shipped. Since they don't stock most of the components they display, Cherry Creek Audio will attempt to make all sales 'special orders'.
There are other dealers in Colorado or on the 'net' that are authorized dealers of the brands they carry.
I would urge you to not use Cherry Creek Audio. If you do use them BE CAREFUL!
