Awesome – I took my Subaru to a well known Subaru repair shop I have been going to for years because of an oil leak. I was told it was a rear main seal and would cost $850. I took it to Baseline Auto and they added diagnostic dye to the engine and had me come back the next day. The mechanic showed me where the oil was and how it couldn't have been a rear main seal leak but simply an oil pan. $205 with everything.

love – Oh my! This place really rocks my socks off! Tony is the greatest, Sarah is a very strong independent woman, Rick has always been a wonderful man, and Cory is SUCH a cutie, and absolutely great to talk to! I will be back real soon!

Do Not Take Your Car Here!!! – These people are not only rude, they lied to me and gave me the wrong diagnosis! They said they would look at my car at no charge to find out what was wrong. Than when I went to get it towed because I wanted to get a second opinion (which was free) they would not let them take my car because they said I owed them money. When I went down there the owner (nasty women in the front) insisted that my car had been there for 3 weeks, even after the front desk guy in-front of the computer screen confirmed that it had not even been two weeks. In the week and a half it was there they did not call me once. The times that I called them they never said there would be a charge, even when I called to say my insurance company was going to come down to look at it (which was why it was there for so long). And every time I called they said they didn't mind having it there until my insurance company got there. The insurance company and Baseline disagreed on the diagnosis (why I wanted a second opinion). The place I finally got my car towed to after they made me pay them agreed with the insurance mechanic.

We NEVER tell people we will look at their car for free. We put her car on a lift three different times, consulted with her insurance-hence the $45.00 charge. Her car was there for over 3 weeks,and we were unable to reach her by phone. She disputed the charge on her Visa. Visa upheld the charge in favor of Baseline, as we proved that we had a valid reason for the charge. She was beyond unreasonable, and caused a big scene when she picked up her car. Good riddance. Absolutely TERRIBLE! – I took my truck in to get my brakes fixed because they were grinding and on the verge of failing. The mechanics looked at the brakes and told me that they would have to replace the front brake pads and rotors, and that my rear brakes had about 60% pad left and there were no serious problems with them. They replaced the front brakes and all was fine and dandy. Until about 2 days after the service when I was traveling 400 miles to Crested Butte and my truck began vibrating terribly. I pulled over and immediately saw that my rear brake was smoking badly. Luckily I was only a mile outside of South Park and I took it to a mechanic there. They looked at the rear brakes and noticed that they were all out of adjustment, hung up, and my axle seals were leaking. $400 later I had new rear brakes. What I don't understand is why Baseline Auto told me my rear brakes were fine? I'm lucky to be alive today, no exaggeration. If I would have went any further my brakes would have locked up and who knows what could have happened. Please do not go to Baseline Auto.

Very reliable and fair!!! – I went to another auto repair and I was told that I need to replace some expensive parts in the car (strouts and mounts), and that I needed to do that because of safety reasons. After calling many places, I called Baseline Auto Repair to get a estimate about the cost for the service. They asked me to take the car there to make sure my car need those parts replaced. For my good surprise the car didn't. It does need some fix but it cost half of the price compared what I was told in the first place. And the mechanic showed me the piece that need to be replaced and compared with the other side of the car , that is in good condition. I am still going to fix my car in a few days, but now I am not so concerned about the safety and the price.

I will come back and recomend this auto repair to everybody I know.

Great auto service! – We started using Baseline auto because we live just down the road, but now we would drive across town to get our cars serviced there. The staff is courteous, respectful, and explain everything that needs to be done. I highly recommend it.

Trustworthy and courtieous mechanic – As a young single gal, I am always wairy of going to a new auto shop, but I was very pleased with the quality of the repairs and customer service I received at Baseline Auto. I needed my car back in a day and they had it done, no problem. They offered competitive pricing and door to door shuttle service. They remember me and my car when I call in and were even able to help me over the phone when I broke down in Nebraska. I give them two thumbs up!

worst customer service! – horrible customer service, never rent a truck from there! Rude employees. Wouldn't work with problems.

This was obviously someone renting a U-Haul truck from our location. Unfortunately, our hands are very often tied as to how much, and in what way we can respond to unhappy customers with regard to U-Haul rentals. U-Haul (the corporation) ultimately controls how customer unhappiness is resolved.
