Best mechanics in greater Denver – When I need work done on either of my cars, I drive up from Denver to visit O'Malley's. No idea what the Honda owner had a problem with but it sounds like that person couldn't accept that their car had a major problem and got ignorant when a professional gave their opinion.
I had an alternator replaced recently. Unfortunately, even though the replacement was a brand new part, it turned out to be bad and started causing electrical issues a few days after it was installed. I called Leo and explained the issues and what tests I'd done to verify that the alternator indeed was bad.
The next day Leo made a housecall all the way in south Denver to correct the issue, and I didn't pay one red cent for it. Leo explained that they get parts that are warranted, and they guarantee their work. Above and beyond, indeed.
If you are in Denver or its suburbs, yes it's a bit of a drive to get up 285 almost to Bailey, but their rates are more than fair (less than most per hour), and they absolutely guarantee their work.
O'Malley's Honest, Trustworthy, and all around great people – I am not sure what the previous person had went through but i know for a fact that Leo, Deb, and their whole staff have made everything a wonderful experiance for me and my family with working on our vehicals. They have been nothing but upfront and honest with me on everything. They dont take it when someone is being unreasonable towards them, but they treat you right. They go above and beyond what is expected and charge you well under what you would expect to be charged for things. they do not take advantage of you like most machanics will do. Their office staff is great i knwo that the two girls that they just got in are new but the girl i worked with is knowlageable respectable and was able to get me squeezed in on a very busy day. I have had nothing but smooth sails with this business and will take my car to no one but O'Malley's
Stay away from O'malleys – Took my car in and Leo (the mechanic for O'Malleys)recomended to do a repair on the motor that was about 2/3 the cost of the value of the car. His justification was because the vehicle was a Honda and only had 100k miles the car should be able to run without any further motor problems to at least 200k miles.
After they took 3+ weeks to do a job that was only to take 3-4 days I got the car back to find out there was a new problem with the car using oil.
When I asked Leo (the mechanic for O'Malleys) about the issue he became defensive and said he did not know why we repaired the car. He carried on to explained I had forced him to make the repair dispite him stating it was not worth getting the vehicle repaired.
Leo refuses to address the issue with the car or refund the money spent on repairs.
Leo and his staff at O'Mallys made it clear to me they are not concerened about running an honest shop that cares what is best for their customers.
Best Mechanics in the Mountains – I have been trusting my cars and trucks to Omalley's for the past 6 years. They are by far the best around. Their estimates are fair and never a hidden charge. Good honest people. They go the extra mile to support our Troops too. Thanks Lou, Deb, and all at Omalley's.
