Not a real BBQ joint. Food was not worth 50 dollar ticket for 2 meals and 1 tizer, service was slow, non responsive and dumb. Horrible place to eat
Great atmosphere and good food!. The sides were all delicious. I prefer pulled pork and it was very good. Their smoked sausage with mustard was really good, as well. We will be going back.
not even worth rating in my opinion. Bar-b-Que is not supposed to be dry whether it be Memphis or not and a server is supposed to pay attention to the customer(as in taking away the empty plates and making sure the drinks stay filled).
good deal on BBQ. I'm on a search for the best ribs in Co. Springs, and unfortunately Red Hot and Blue didn't win. I'd say, not bad for chain ribs--the BBQ sauce was really awesome, but the rib meat was kind of dry and jerky. My wife really liked the sweet potato fries, and all the side dishes were excellent. The service was really good, and overall a great little BBQ chain, but ribs, not what they could be. I would recommend going there, and eating the pulled pork.
Red hot and blue has the best barbecue pulled pork sandwiches!. Red hot and blue has the best barbecue pulled pork sandwiches! Order the Fatboy combo!Has great ribs and potatoe salad too! Service was great also. Individual attention provided by everyone! Highly recommend!
Service was slow.. Service was very slow; ribs were cold; would not recommend to anyone. Patrons were serviced first and we were seated first.
Great food. The food and service were great and you better come hungery. I went early in the week to avoid the big crowds. Good food for a good price.
Memphis-style barbecue with a blues soundtrack sweeps the nation..
In Short
Founded in Tennessee, this barbecue chain is the blues version of a big-city Hard Rock Cafe. Walls are lined with posters and memorabilia of musicians like Bessie Smith and Stevie Ray Vaughan. Ribs are the specialty of the house and come dry, wet or sweet. Pulled pork and fried catfish are complemented by the deep-fried onion ring loaf.
Food. The food was not a very cutting edge barbecue it was very poorly prepared. I qould not recommend this place to any one
Red Hot & Wonderful. Great Food. Real Smoke Southern bbq. What an atmosphere. I thought I was on Beale Street in Memphis. For everyone reading this go to Red Hot & Blue. Take your wife, take your kids, take a date or just go it alone and sit at the bar and enjoy a beer and the blues tunes.
