The Best Car Buying Experience – I can't imagine having a better car buying experience. I started dealing with Cerritos Dodge after having made an online request for a quote. Benny Gunawan, called me almost immediately. We set an appointment and we were on our way.
I did the research on the vehicle I was interested in (Chrysler 200) before I went in to check it out. I was not disappointed. When I was there, they didn't have the exact car I wanted on the lot so I ordered one from the factory. Waiting for it was difficult, although it only took four weeks to arrive, and I couldn't be happier.
I got a great deal on the car and the financing was terrific.
TIP: When you get there, there are 15 sales guys waiting to get their hands on you. My suggestion is, make an appointment before hand so you can walk right passed all of them and know exactly what you are looking for and what it should cost. The guys at Cerritos Dodge are going to offer you fair prices but, knowing what you want, and what you are willing to pay will prevent you from buying something you weren't ready for.

Horrible Service !!!!!!! – First off please note: I have bought 2 vehicles here, Dodge Durango, Ram Truck. My Durango SHUTS down while doing 70mph on the freeway. I called Cerritos Dodge, Alfonso said it happens alot. I told him that's not safe. He tells me to tow it in. I have AAA (great to have) come to my home, when we are pushing it out of my garage it starts. I called Alfonso, he tells me to drive it in. I ask him are you sure its safe, he says yes. While on my way over there it magically dies on South St and 605 on-ramp. I call AAA to rescue me, its rush hour and I'm blocking the 605 North on-ramp. I call Alfonso to advise him of my situation and he starts laughing!!! When I get to Dodge, Alfonso (Service Dept) is no where to be found for 20 min. He magically appears, takes my Durango. I call Dodge Corp and tell them about my Durango problem. Dodge Corp opens a file for me and
proceeds to keep me informed. After 2 days Dodge Corp calls me back
and tells me that my Durango is fixed. I call Cerritos Dodge and no one
answers the phone. I keep trying, NO luck. Dodge Corp calls me the
following day and asks me if I have picked up my Durango yet. I tell them
no, because I haven't been able to get ahold of anyone, they tell me the
same thing, that they wanted to explain to them that Dodge Corp was
going to warranty the parts if possible. For 3 hours myself and Dodge
Corp were unable to get ANYONE in Service Dept. Finally I'm able to get
ahold of Donald. I ask him if anyone was working in Service today. He
tells me that maybe they are in the bathroom, break or on lunch. I tell him
that Dodge Corp has been trying to get ahold of Alfonso or much less
anyone for 3 hrs, he says "oh". I get to Cerritos Dodge, and of course
Alfonso is no where to be found. After 30mins of me standing in Service
and no one taking care of me, Kevin asks me if I need help. I tell him I'm
here for the Durango. He tells me to pay the cashier. No explanation of
what they did or why. I pay the cashier ($207) for a Crank Sensor (not
covered) and I see they replaced my PCM (covered by Dodge Corp) for a
"NO BUS" problem. I just wanted an explanation of what was wrong with
my Durango. I never did get an answer. Overall, I would NEVER go back
to there AGAIN!!!!! I wouldn't even go back for a free car wash much less
any type of FREE service they might offer me. I guess a customer that has
purchased both a Durango and Ram Truck mean nothing to them. And
my last words "Alfonso, why don't you take a Customer Service class, its
people like me who buy Dodge, so YOU can have a job"
