This the best service place I've ever been to! I went to every other service shop before I went to the experts at Aamco. Three so called 'mechanics' instantly told me I needed a new transmission. I went to Aamco and all i needed was an inexpensive transmission service and now my car runs fine! Thank yoou Aamco East Hartford for saving me thousands!

That Dan"s a great guy way to take advantage of someone when there family member is dying of cancer. Its been 3 months since i had my truck. I took my truck here cause it was fixed here and had warranty When i dropped of my truck he had asked to see original paperwork so he could make copy and he talked so much about stupid stuff i forgot to ask for it back when i picked up my truck.I needed my truck to get back and forth to hospital.Took Dan 4 days to figure out they needed to change fluid in my truck so i figured it would be awhile before it was fixed.lol Either way dan stole my paperwork during the process of getting my truck fixed so know im hosed. But at least i have recorded messages saying how i was al set and it was there responsibility . joke He delayed it and got me to forget about my paperwork and know ammco wont cover it...lol. I would definitely not recommend going here. When i picked my truck up the second time after they said it was gonna cost 3100. i get on highway to drive home and my hood not shut...Nice good thing you didn't try fixing my truck probably would have came back worst. Not sure why main headquarters doesn't have my paperwork on record so i would be careful using any ammco. Nice job Dan . Not sure how it feels to cheat someone when the are distraught and tired, but im sure Dan does....Thanks big guy

conniving theif – they make you believe they fix the whole thing, but does half of the job and still have problems. Also breaks something that has nothing to do with the original problem and make you pay for it.

Not reliable. Ended up taking my car to another AAMCO franchise. This shop is a black eye for tha AAMCO people.
