ABAH – Being a client for approx. 10 years with "many" dogs: I am there quite often. THEY ARE THE BEST!!! They are not only vets they are friends. We laugh and we have cried. There are sad times when a hug really helps, the vets, the techs and the receptionist have always been there when I really needed them. Thank you...
Thank you for taking the time to write such a wonderful review of our hospital! The qualities that you described, are things we strive for on a daily basis, so it is a great compliment that we are fulfilling those traits.
We love the long-lasting friendships we are able to build with our customers and their furry loved ones.
Very professional – I adopted a dog in August and the folks from Eastbrook handled the health checkup and neutering (someone from the hospital even came in after hours when I first found the dog so that they could try to locate the original owners). They were quite professional and I have gone back to purchase medications for the dog. I am pleased with their professionalism and will continue to use their services
A Furry Friend's Best Friend – I have two cats and a dog all of which are patients of East Brook Animal Hospital. I have an elderly cat currently being treated for hyperthyroidism and a dog being treated for seasonal allergies. Every time I bring one of them in to see one of the East Brook vets they are taken care of in the most compassionate and animal-friendly environment. I switched over to East Brook and couldn't be happier with the decision. Their prices are competitive and all of the doctors have my pets best interests at heart. I wouldn't recommend anyone to take their pets to anyone BUT East Brook Animal Hospital.
NEVER take an animal here – If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I would like to know what type of veterinarian (Dr. Sarah. Fischer) would call her patients stupid and post all over facebook where she works and bad mouth the animals she is supposed to be taking care of. From the conversation I had with her she is not the only one at the hospital who treats the patients like they are less than somebody's family. She spoke of an internist who called a patient obnoxious. I wouldn't take a wild rabies infected raccoon here for care.
