Professional and Accommodating – I have been taking my 2006 Toyota Camry to Colonial Toyota service center for five years. We like the professional service, reasonable prices and waiting room with food and internet.
Bill is an extremely knowledgeable and helpful associate. He's an expert who can guide you through the process of buying a car. I have yet to meet another sales person who has a more extensive knowledge of the cars they are selling. Highly recommend Bill and Colonial Toyota
Truly a No Hassle Experience – I am always amazed at the depth of Michaels knowledge about Toyota cars. Not only can he assist in locating the right vehicle for you, but he adds those intangible bits that may be a deciding factor. There are a lot of things to consider when purchasing a car beyond the simple aesthetics. Staff at Colonial know all of those little tidbits of information, making them an invaluable resource. I recommend this dealership if you want a respectful experie – Our salesman was Sean, and he was good. I told him what we were looking to spend and he showed us only the cars that were in our price range without making us feel like dirt. He didn't try to talk us into buying a more expensive car and when I saw the Yaris I wanted, he immediately searched his inventory for one that I can actually afford. He detailed the car for us and I must say I am so pleased with my purchase and very impressed with their service.
I recommend this dealership for good service – The weather hasn't been all that kind to me. I hydro-planed and totaled my car over the holiday season while visiting my family. Fortunately, my dad took me to the nearby Toyota dealership and found that the Tundra had much better features than my Nissan truck. During the test drive, I noticed the same puddle of water where my previous car met its end, but the car drove through it like no probkem. The sales experience gets a 5 stars because of their professionalism and kind courtesy, we did not feel any pressure or false re-assurance. I'm very confident and feel much safer in my new car.
Overall a satisfied customer – I had been looking for a Prius that fit my needs, and I had gone to this dealership as well as a few others also very friendly, but I felt as if they were being nice and saying what I wanted to hear as opposed to the truth. Chris was very honest and upfront about everything. He did not try to sell me additional features, or try and get me to spend money on things I did not need because he knew I was clear about what I wanted and did not want. There was no bargaining involved since I got my Prius as a "manager's special," so I did not feel as if I was being hassled. Even after my car was purchased, Chris helped me understand some features that I was not clear on. Overall experience was good and quick.
First Class Treatment – THE PEOPLE I WORKED WITH IN PURCHASING MY PICKUP WERE VARY PROFESSIONAL AND TOOK THE STRESS OUT OF MY PURCHASE. THIS IS THE SECOND NEW VEHICLE I PURCHASE THERE. THEY MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE AND AT EASE DURING THE PROCESS. NOTHING BUT FIRST CLASS TREATMENT.
Buying a Toyota – Great staff and equally great service during my purchase. I was very impressed with my salesperson as well as the management staff. Very personable and easy to work with. I didn't realize that the entire buying process would be so easy, so sophisticated, and such a great experience. It was a true pleasure. My husband and I feel right at home; comfortable and welcomed. It was as if we were buying a car from an old friend. We started looking late on a Saturday afternoon and never once did they seem that they were anxious to leave for the day. We took our time making our decision and they were happy to answer any questions we had. We never felt rushed. We made the decision to purchase that day in part because they were so great to work with and offered us a great deal. When the day came to pick up my car, I was too excited to wait until my 6:00 P.M. appointment. I called in and told them I would be 3 hours early. Without sweat, they had everything ready and I drove away with a huge smile on my face. I definitely look forward to working with them again in the future.
Toyota Service – It's always a pleasure to do business here. The people employed in the service area are truly remarkable. They treated my mom & I like they had known us for a long time. They were friendly, courteous, accommodating and efficient. Even though I had not requested a "loan" vehicle, they promptly gave me one when I said I had a few errands to run.We especially appreciate their scheduling and prompt service since we live 50 miles away!
