Overall, the customer service here is outstanding. They do a great job with my car. I will definitely come back if I need any more work on my civic.
I had a great experience. I needed to deal with a brake recall and get an oil change and some windshield wipers. Alex took my call and was really cool. He hooked me up with a good deal on everything, and also had his shuttle driver Mike drop me off and pick me up in the same day, no problem (and my place is on the other side of town). Mike was cool too.
John at the service department is that guy, that will never give you attitude, takes responsibility when mistakes are made and, ran back to the car wash area to get a magnetic decal From our Element that washed off. We decided to walk our white german beasts to pickup the Element. It started to rain but were told it would not be a problem to wait inside with our two German Shepherds. Even in the showroom. That's where we ended up. Turns out the owner has two dogs that hang out at the dealership a lot. We always like to find 'dog friendly' businesses!
I recently turned 300,000 miles on my Honda Accord and owe all the thanks to the excellent service I've received from LB Honda.
Jim Sherwood in service was OUTSTANDING!! I live in Lomita and have had no success with the Torrance Honda dealership, so I tried Long Beach Honda. Problem fixed at a great price and they even did an exhaust valve adjustment for FREE!! Their service department has my business from now on!!
Great Customer Service! – I bought shocks from you a year ago and had gotten my car serviced recently and they found the same shock was leaking. My warranty had expired but John Pill Assistant Manager, went beyond the call of duty and got approval to fix it regardless. It is this kind of customer service that continues to bring my back.
Great Service :) – For over 16 years, they have been stellar. Fair, honest, and affordable. The service manager, Jim Sherwood is awesome as is John Pill, Assistant Service Mgr. They take the time to explain what's going on with my car (which is no easy task since I know zero about car maintenance).

bought my car new in 2000. I have always got it serviced by you and wouldn't go anywhere
Always a Good Experience – I have been here several times and always had a good experience. They take care of my car's service and never try to sell me on any b.s. extras. The guys at the service counter are always chatty and courteous (expecially Alex), they give me a free shuttle ride back to my house if I don't want to wait, and they call me when my car is ready (and washed). That's great service in my book.
Excellent – The quality of repairs is excellent as well. Repairs are done right the first time.
