I have moved repeatedly as a former military spouse. Moving is always a stressful, chaotic, and tiring event. My last move was done by First Coast Movers. They did everything they could to make the move as painless as possible. They conducted themselves in a professional manner and took excellent care of my belongings. And, They were fast! I will be using them again in the future.
This is in response to Wes C.'s negative review. First of all my company has been in business since 1990 and we have an A+ Rating with the BBB. Secondly, how would I have taken $500 off of a move that charged $80 per hour plus materials? This is precisely what Mr. Wes C. wanted and that is ridiculous. Wes C. was quoted all costs verbally upon booking move. On day of move, all costs were given again to which Wes C. signed not once but 3 times on contract and he did agree to. At the end of the job Mr. Wes C. wanted to take $500 off of his move after watching my men work practically non-stop and pack all of his belongings. My question is "who is unethical, my company or Mr. Wes C.?"
Highly recommend First Coast Movers. Havent had a chance to do a review before now, but wanted to make sure to give them high marks for their exceptional work. The men were very courteous and knew what they were doing. I knew they would be great because I got their number from the Better Business Bureau where they have an A+ Rating. Highly recommend.
Business owner acted illegally and unethically regarding my move contract. I delt directly with business owner Dane Raymond DelPezzo. He alluded that he would be able to do my move for $500 less than the final bill. He threatened to keep my property if I didn't pay. The contract and law clearly regulates that the Comany would follow process by recording a lien on my property upon dispute. He threaten to essential steal my property. Secondly, the contract clearly stated that payment could be made with cash, money order, or certified check. Upon commencement, Dane (Raymond) agreed that he would take a personal check. After my property was loaded and notification by me to the owner of my discontent, he said he would only take cash or keep my property. It was almost 5 PM on Friday with no way to get the cash. He agreed to take a credit card if I paid an extra 3.5 percent in credit card fees. I paid him so that he would unload my property.Â

Office Move a Breeze – Office move was a breeze with First Coast Movers in charge. Raymond was friendly and informative while providing options for our 6-office suite move from Jacksonville to Clearwater. In addition, the First Coast team was very efficient, friendly, safe and thoughtful. They helped to leave my old office spotless and it was greatly appreciated by my new landlord when they were extremely careful with the floors and newly painted hallways. I was also pleasantly surprised that they worked extremely hard to get the job done so fast, rather than "milking the clock" to get extra billing time. I will most certainly recommend their service and will use them myself in the future. ~Elsadora
Thanks First Coast Movers! – I called and talked to Raymond on a Friday night due to an emergency move. I was amazed that someone actually answered the phone on a late Friday night, he was able to scheduled me for next day with a 2 man crew to pack my house, they were very careful and everything was labeled the way I asked them to. Then on Sunday, the day of the actual move the same crew was on time for my move. I was really happy with the services of this company they were truly professional and the best thing was nothing was scratched. I will definitely use them again and will recommend this company to anybody who really wants to use a professional moving company.
Excellent Job. – First Coast just completed our move and they did an excellent job. Raymond, our sales consultant, was very informative and answered all our questions. Denny and Ben involved in our move were consumate professionals. If it were not for Raymond and his willingness to rearrange his schedule at the last minute, we would not have been able to close on the sale of our home. We would also like to commend the team assigned to pack and load our belongings. They were efficient, courteous and extremely hard working. They handled all our possessions, including a baby grand piano, with great care. We look forward to working with them again when they deliver our belongings to our new home. We would highly recommned First Coast to anyone looking for a moving company. The Brady Family.
