Never Go Here – I have went to the Car Spa twice and have had bad experiences both times.

The first time I went there, I got my oil changed and a car wash. I got back into my truck and discovered that most of my change was taken and only 1 of the 4 bolts in my air cleaner were put back into place.

I figured that this was a one time mistake with the air cleaner and that it was my own fault for leaving change in the car whenever someone was taking it to preform a service.

The second time, I paid to have the same service done. After a long wait, I returned to my truck and drove home. I tried to open up my tailgate and discovered that my truck was either backed into something or someone hit it while at the Car Spa. I called the customer service number as soon as I found the damage.

Now even though they were very prompt in returning my call, I was later told, that for some unknown reason the cameras were not working the day that my truck was being serviced. Then they told me that this damage must have came from somewhere else and they were not going to do anything about it.

Please do not go to the Car Spa to have them do any kind of service to your vehicle. And if anyone has had any kind of experience like mine, please comment.

Thank you for reading

Great Exterior, Horrible Interior. – Car spa on Atlantic. What can I say. Their service is average. Yes, they do a MUCH better job washing your car then the $3 car washes that are popping up all over this city. Yes, the exterior job they do is great. However, the interior job is one to be desired. They should begin to do better. I sat for almost 2 hours getting the floor and seats of my car shampooed for what should have been a 45 minute job. When It was my turn to go home, the floor and seats were soooooooo damp until it felt like they poored water in it and let it stay there. Needless to say it was an uncomfortable ride home.

I will defintly continue to go there for exterior jobs. There work is second to none. But, I will take my interior jobs to Diamond Car Wash. Oh, and they do need people there who actually want to work. I remember when car spa was Rainbow Car Wash in the 90's. The service was much, much, much, much ( I could go on with the much word) better. This generation of workers are sloppy and unprofessional.

Another place I recommend is the car cleaners at the Town Center. They make your car look like it came off the showroom. But the wait is long because of the number of people getting their cars washed in front of you. However, once you get up there, the service is quick and sparkling.

Avoid Car Spa At All Costs! – I really tried to give Car Spa a chance, but after going there twice, I'll NEVER go back. The first time I went in to have my car washed and they told me it would be 20-25 minutes. Over an hour later they hadn't even started working on it. After an hour and 15 minutes, I complained to the manager and they said mine was next. When they finally cleaned my car, they did such a poor job I had to have them go back and wipe off the windows and clean the dash again. Not exactly the deluxe package I paid for.

I decided to give them another chance and went back today to have them clean my wife's car- primarily because we had a 30% off coupon. My wife verified in advance that we could use the coupon. Having learned my lesson from last time, this time we dropped off her car and left in mine, returning later to pick it up. When she picked up the car, though, they refused to accept the coupon on the package they "upgraded" us to- even though the guy who took the car earlier said we could use it. We would not have accepted the "upgraded" package if we knew we couldn't use the coupon. Strike Two.

As she was leaving their lot, my wife noticed that the power rear sun shade was down and she tried to put it back up, but it didn't work. She'd just put it up that morning so we knew it was fine before going to Car Spa. She immediately returned and talked to the manager, who refused to take responsibility for it. He said he "couldn't prove" it worked before we brought it in, so they couldn't do anything about it. In a nutshell, they're free to break anything on your car, and unless you can "prove" that every single thing worked before, they won't take responsibility for it. In addition to getting the bait and switch on the 30% off coupon, we're now out a couple hundred dollars more to fix the automatic sunshade that they broke.

I would avoid the Car Spa at all costs- this place is poorly managed, poorly run and they'll rip you off!

Great Car Wash and usually has the lowest Gas Prices in Jacksonville!! – Took my 2003 BMW in to get it washed. I'll admit, I don't wash my car that often, whether it be at a car wash or at home. I was shocked that the young lady (I think her name was Lindsie) spoke knowledgebly about the services they offered. I guess I always thought that car washes employed less than desireable people - but she was cute, pleasant and made eye contact. I must tell you I paid over 60 dollars for my car to be washed, waxed, and the interior cleaning package. It took just about an hour - and my car looked the way it did when I drove it off the lot when I bought it. This place has a customer for life!! I've also noticed that they price their gas lower than evry Exxon station (and most others) in Jacksonville. They offer oil changes starting at 19.99 as well - but my dealer does those for free. I just wanted to share with people that I was impressed by this facility!
