Pet and People Friendly. The owners of this joint are so sweet they should be put up display with their desserts. We entered asking if they took Visa and they said no, but they would be more than happy to serve us anyway and we could just walk over to the atm after to pay them back. That's what I love about old town monrovia. Everything is still on the honor system and it's Mayberry all over again. The coffee and iced mochas are yummy. The desserts are decadent and delicious. A huge plus, they have a patio and it's pet friendly. So bring your pooch to the park, walk down to Memory lane, and to top it off, a pet store with great treats for your pooch is just a block away.
Great evening hangout!. This place is a great mellow coffeehouse with some great drinks. All of the teas are incredible (jasmine blooms in the jasmine tea, etc.) and the iced blended vanilla melts in your mouth. :oP Be sure to say 'hi' to Gilbert behind the counter if you're there on a weekday evening!
