Congratulations to the new owners. Not only did we receive great service at a great price, but couldn't believe how clean the enviroment was and the fact that the people at Florida Bike and Mower didn't treat us like they were doing US a favor by taking care of our needs. It was a pleasure and we will be back and spread the word of new ownership!
DON'T THROW IT AWAY, TAKE IT HERE FIRST! – New owners have really turned the place around! Took my mower in thought I'd have to buy a new one. He had one there I would have bought. Instead they did a tune up and replace one part and I was off and mowing at 1/4 of what I'd have had to pay for a new mower! Not to mention the friendly, personal service by the owner and employees. I haven't heard "Yes, sir" or "Thank you, sir" in a long time! I was so happy I just took the gas engine pressure washer and gas trimmer, I was going to throw away, in for tune up and repair. I know I'll be just as happy.
NEW OWNER IS A PLEASURE!! – New owner was very knowledgeable and fix my mower quickly and at a GREAT price!! I'm telling all my friends to go to Florida Bike and Mower!! Thank you Scott!!

RUDE RUDE RUDE – I called to see if they would do an estimate on fixing my sons bike. They wanted to charge me for and estimate I told them that I would go somewhere else to get an estimate cause I have not been charged for the last one I got. The guy on the phone tells me to hold on and see if they could do it for free. He layed the phone down on the counter and I could someone "this lady on the phone wants an estimate and got snotty with me when I told her that we charge"
In no way was I being snotty and if your going to talking about your customers like that least make sure the phone is on mute or put on hold NOT ON THE COUNTER !!!!!! RUDE Plain and simple!

NEW OWNERS - FINALLY YEAH!!! – This place was just bought by new owners - and they are awesome. It was time for the other owner to retire - thank goodness. So, now we have a great place to go to get good service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE NEW OWNERS -
NEW OWNER SCOTT IS GREAT!!! – Finally a new owner! Scott has been a wonderful help to me. His mechanics worked very hard to fix my edger and brush cutter. I was treated very well and I am highly recommending their services. FORGET THE PASSED!!!! And give Scott a chance.
Rude and unhelpful – I went there with a old vintage bike trying to change it for a single gear (which is very easy and I did it) and they tell me I can't, I will have to buy a new rim. So I said fine, I will just get new tires and chain. "I don't have chains" he said. "No chains?". Then he said "I ran out". Not I'm sorry I'm a bike shop with 0 chains.
I then said fine I will do tires. This is a old bike with a weird size (It wasn't) and he didn't have my tires. So I told them I will look somewhere else.
All in all I was able to get EVERYTHING done at a skateboard and bike shop someplace else.
Avoid this place at all costs – The bottom line is, the owner, presumably the old man at the counter has the worst attitude and customer service skills imaginable. Do not take anything to this shop unless you want to be treated with disrespect and leave angry. Initially, I had taken a trimmer to have the fuel lines replaced. Just slightly after thirty days, I noticed the fuel lines were leaking again only after one use. I went back to have it repaired again. They did the repair and then wanted to charge me over 30 for replacing one fuel line. I felt uneasy paying for the repair especially being so little beyond the 30 day period and any good businessman would have recognized that. It isn't like I brought it back a year later, we are talking a few weeks after thirty days. Needless to say I was called an a--hole by the old man and told to leave the shop. Never again.
Please GO SOMEPLACE ELSE! – GO SOME PLACE ELSE! Poor incompetent service, rude customer service, liars. Need I say more. The old man at the counter has no personallity to say the least! He's just down right rude. He must be the owner because nobody would allow an employee to treat customers that way. Their service does not exist! Had my mower in for service, after returning it twice for the same problem(which they said was fixed the first time) still was not fixed! Had to take it to a real mower repair shop to have it fixed right and yes I had to pay again. Never again!
