WORST Cable Company Ever! – I have lived in an apartment complex in Apopka for 4 years. We had this company first- and they were not very good. Switched to Shentell wich was fabulous in customer service and much better cable quality. However, we were then switched back to Stellar. This company is THE WORST! They have horrible customer service and you can't pay your bill online- I hear they are finally adding that feature, but will probably charge you for it. My biggest complaint is I just left the apartment complex in Feb. Called and cancelled the service about a week before what I had paid was up. Of course they didn't give me back the overpayment.I was also told that I would owe nothing to ignore the next bill as it had already been sent in the mail. Two months later I get a bill charging me for March and April service! I call and of course the lady is bitchy, tells me she will have to research and talk to her manager before she can call me back. It's the SAME lady that I spoke to originally! I garuntee that she is the only person working in the office and the company is probably run out of somebody's basement. I say Run, Run, Run! Do not use this horrible company. I can't believe they are still in business!
AND THEY CALL THIS CABLE???? – Really NOT WORTH one star! I live in an apt complex in Apopka and the ONLY cable service you can have is Stellar (use to be called Shentel) but Stellar took over. There isn't crap on this cable. Your better off with an antenna. For the price you pay (which I believe you can get a whole heck of alot more channels with Brighthouse for the SAME price),,,. People living here have been told they would be getting better cable for the last 5 years. They have lost so many tenants just because of the television and I will be another one as soon as my lease is out. I can't believe they get away with it
AWFULSERVICE AWFUL COMPANY – Stellar Communications is the WORST!!! All I get from them is awful cable service for a higher price. THe saddest thing is there is nothing no one can do it about unless we move!! They never answer the phone and they are very rude!! I hate Stellar and I will scream it to anyone to listen. This is the worst cable provider I have ever came across and I hope someone puts them out of business!!!!!!!!
Worst SO CALLED CABLE COMPANY IN CENTRAL FL – Stellar Communication what a joke. There is no Internet, HD service nothing. What they going to do in Feb. went everything goes digital. I have be trying to get cable service in my apartment complex for four months. These people do not answer their phones or if they do they put you on hold and no one answers. If I want direct or dish tv I can only have the dish inside my apartment. No brighthouse, no concast what is a person going to do. People if you want cable service do not go with stellar you will only want to pull your hair out. To whom ever owns this company may you have sleepless nights for lack of service to your customers.
July 2008 – They have no TV ONE no Soap network and no on line payment and no to paying your bill over the phone. Is it becuase it not a real cable company.(THE PUBLIC IS NOT EVEN ALLOWED IN THERE BUILDING WHAT IS THERE TO HIDE STELLAR) I have even called about the new 2009 TV changes and they said they are not going to be changing anything! Why in the world would this company have any pride about anything! We are in the USA not anywhere else its 2008 LETS GET UP ON THE TIMES IF YOU WANT A COMPANY IN THE USA! JULY 2008
Worst company in the world! – This company provides no internet, HD, DVR or even good customer service. If you have problem there must be 5 complaints before they attempt to correct it. DO NOT GO W STELLAR CABLE
Worst cable company in Central FL – Stellar Communications had failed to keep up with today's technology. The company does not offer any data (Internet) packages, HD (high definition) programming or even digital programming. No DVR services or music programming. To make it even worst they do not offer 24hr support and only service your area 2 days of the week. So, you can only schedule installation and repairs during the 4-5 hr window on those two days. I will advised anyone to make sure Stellar Communications is not the cable provider in your area before moving.
