Great service at the front desk and medical records – I am surprised by the other reviews. I am going back to this location because they were the best of several that I have been to. I have been there twice and both times I was greeted immediately and got right for my appointment. When my surgeon wanted a copy of the images right away, the medical records staff got them ready for me in under 24 hours. I appreciate the attentiveness and professionalism of this office.
Terrible Imaging Center – I was sent to the Lake Mary office by my doctor and the front desk people were rude and uncaring. I had the test, the person who did the test was very hurried and was not interested in anything I had to say. After my test, I feel like I was kicked out the door. Before I left, I asked to speak to the manager and was told the manager was "unavailable." Unavailable for a customer? I will never go there again. I will get my doctor to send me somewhere else.
"Very Poor People Skills at the Front Desk" – On Tuesday August 16, 2011 at approx. 10:45 AM, I walked in to your facility located at 775 Primera Blvd., Suite 1031 Lake Mary, Florida.
On the advice of my physician Dr. Johnson, MD he had ordered a CT Scan on my sinus. I had a referral from Dr. Johnson as I have been under his care for 4 weeks and in order to expedite my diagnosis, he suggested that I try to get the scan done as soon as possible, as I did not seem to be getting any better.
When I entered the lobby there where only three other people waiting. I approached the young lady at the front desk as she called me to her and I presented her with my referral, DL and my insurance card. I requested to have the CT Scan as soon as possible because I?ve been sick for 4 weeks. She stated that I could not be seen today because she (they) had to check my insurance and that the soonest she could schedule me for was Friday August 19 at 9:30 AM. That was 4 days away!
I told her that I would like to be seen today as I was not feeling well. She stated that no where on the paperwork did it say that the scan was ?urgent?.
This young lady was not very friendly to be dealing with people and I felt as if she was belittling me or that I was a bother to her and that she treats all 60 year old men this way. If this young lady were working for me she would be fired on the spot!
?In the future I will try not to use your facilities?.

Good Care Poor Customer Service – While the medical care was good. I received a bill 5 months later for extra charges they never notified me about on the day of procedure.
I called to inquire and was tosled between many departments over several days and finally was given the pat response of "Well, we felt you needed it and that's how the medical field works. And we gave you a courtesy estimate it didn't have to be accurate". What they estimated me for they ended up adding to and that was the discrepancy.
I would say if you need to go to them ensure that after the procedure that you ask if they added to your "estimated" services. Or you could get a surprise bill! True with any medical procedure.
Good until you need to call them up!
Modern equipment; flexible; professional - a pleasure! – I recently had a scare - turned out to be nothing - with a lump.
These folks fit me in the next day; showed me the films; were so kind and so professional.
I've been with them for 5 years doing my regular check-ups, and I've never had any complaints. But - you never know until the rubber meets the road how an organization will come through for you.
Flying colors on this one!!! Can't recommend highly enough.
