NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT!!!! – Every time we order from this place they are out of something, usually it is the pan pizza crust. I wish i had the time to go on about this store but I gotta find something for my family and I to eat. All I can say is NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!!!
This national chain is a household name, thanks to its deep-dish and stuffed-crust pies. – In Short
Kid-friendly eat-in restaurants and small takeout shops alike sport interiors done in the signature red and white with a touch of yellow. Orders are placed at the counter--whether customers choose to stay or go--and pies are baked per request. Pizzas--from the hand-tossed to the twisted crust--dominate the menu, but the restaurant also offers chicken wings, salads and cinnamon bread sticks.
I love Pizza Hut, but the people working at this one, are the reason I will not return to this site. – My husband and I love Pizza Huts food, and practically get a pizza, every week, if not more often. The food at this site, was as expected --yum yum. But, the staff showed no signs of wishing to be there, and made us feel as though we were bothering them, by placing an order. At the time we went, to this location, Pizza Hut, was still having the V.I.P. specials, where you give your phone number, in order to verify discounts, or get the order to apply toward the number, which would result in further discounts. My husband tried to give our number, but they refused to take it, saying it didn't apply. Yet, the next time we ordered, from our regular location, the V.I.P. number, was taken, and applied. As I said, the staff at this location, seemed not to want to be there, and wanted nothing, but to pass on their misery. Since we believe in giving second chances, and, since this location, was convenient, we tried them again, only to get the same experience, despite doing our part, in being pleasant, toward them. Long story short, we will not be returning, for further dismay.
Worst pizza on the planet! – I can't believe this place was rated as one of the top 5 pizzarias in Orlando. There are probably 50 independent pizza resturants that are hands down better. In recent years I have NEVER had an edible product from a Pizza Hut! If you check the NYC location, there's not a single pizza chain on the list. BTW, this is comming from an NYC born Italian.
Whatever Happened? – Whatever happened to the Pizza Hut we all grew up with? The one we knew & loved, fun to dine in, great delivery pizza.
This particular location is, without exception, the worst Pizza Hut from which I have ordered pizza. Delivery took 1 hr, 45 minutes AND the pizza was not only stuck to the top of the box, but what little was left in the box, was soggy. Pizza # 2 was not much better.
Disappointing, at best from a well known chain.
It's OK, but............... – Pizza Hut was much better, about 20 years ago. Thats before Pepsico and Yum Brands (present parent co, also own's KFC and Taco Bell) got their hands on it. Pizza is filling and thats about all that it is. Double Stuff is a good marage of dough and carboard,as middle layer, for a pizza. Usted to crave Pan Pizza, now, may order it if I feel like it, but reluctlantly. Better choice is Pizzaria Regina in the Mall in Ovedio. (too bad they dont deliver).
