Great Laidback Atmosphere – It seems to me everyone is complaining about the length it takes for food to arrive to their table. I think people forget that it is a sit down restaurant (not fast food) and the point is to enjoy your company and surroundings. The longest I waited for food was 3o minutes and that was on a Friday evening. If you're so hungry, get an appetizer. The wait staff are nothing like table dancers, they do line dances to a couple of songs to entertain their guests. The food there has always been wonderful when I've gone. I think they have a very big selection of food to chose from. Yes, alot has to do with crab but that should be expected since its in their name. If you are looking for a big plate of food and a laid back atmosphere this is a place to look at.

Every restaurant is going to be a different experience for everyone. My parents hate Carraba's but I have heard great things. You should really make your own decision on going or not.

Horrible Service – The first time I visited this place was like 3 years ago. The experience during that visit was horrible. The food was not too good and the service horrible. Today 3/16/12 I visited this place for the second time and my experience was the same. It took a long time for our food to be served. My 6yr old was so hungry that the only thing she was telling me was to get out of that place because the food was taking too long. When asked the waitress she said she didnt know what was going on. Then the food was served and the waitress brought me something that I didnt order and my daughters buns for the hamburgers were so hard that she couldnt even eat it.

The experience was definitely not good and I dont recommend this place to no one.

Don't go if you're in a hurry! – The service was abysmal. I came in before 9:00pm on a Tuesday (8/2/11). I'm not sure how long it took the waitress to even see me. I sat there a long time before anyone even talked to me.

I started paying attention to the time and it wasn't until after 9:30pm that I was served salmon and rice. Seriously, how long does it take to make salmon & rice.. sheesh. (It tasted good though... so kudos to the chef) I was so bored I had to take out my phone and start calling people. I talked on the phone to pass the time, because I certainly wasn't eating... I hadn't gotten my food.

My server didn't get my check to me until about 10:00pm. I would have written a note about how dissatisfied I was but I didn't even have a pen and there was no one around to give me one.

It was a terrible experience but if you have an hour or more to waste the food was great.

A colorful seafood restaurant for kids of all ages--especially the younger ones. – In Short
Admittedly kitschy, unavoidably noisy, this Red Lobster for rug rats is like an oversized seaside shanty awash in oceanic memorabilia--fishing nets, souvenir trinkets, plastic flotsam and jetsam. Staffed with a lively crew of G-rated table-dancing servers, the family-friendly chain anchors its menu in all things crab: Crab balls, crab cakes, crab dip, crab gumbo. Finicky children opt for corndogs or hamburgers; shellfish-phobic adults dine on rib eye steak or mesquite-grilled chicken.

Cheers! – I have enjoyed Joe's on two separate occassions. Once on a date and once after a shopping spree with my best friend. The food is delicious and the service is terrific. The bartender and the wattress were both friendly and accomodating. It's laid back atmosphere makes you feel like you go there all the time and "everyone knows your name".
