I had a wonderful experience at Toyata of Orlando today! From beginning to end it was very pleasant. It all started with the saleman, jose and ended with the Tim Hosler. Paper work did not take long and Tim was very efficient in explaining the process. I will always cherish Toyota of Orlando.
The staff that attends to me, since I arrive at the dealer until the moment I left was very professional and courteous. They show me all the features of my new car with a hands on approach making my descision in which car to select as easy as possible. The more I knew about the products they offered the easier my selection was. Also, the finance department went the extra mile to get me into this car. Salesman was very nice, the first "desk" manager they sent me to was Horrible...once he really ticked us off, they sent another manager - we were finally able to get them to understand we just want to know the bottom line...no more games. The finance manager, Michael Sumner was very good.
We had a great experience with the staff of Toyota of Orlando. The sales staff did a great job working with us to find the right cars for both me and my wife all while keeping us in our budget.
On top of it all, we had to take our 2 - 1yr old boys with us. Michael Sumner in finance was very patient with us and our boys who were several hours past their nap time and worked quickly and diligently to get us out the door as quickly as possible.
I would highly recommend using them to help you find and purchase your next car.
The staff at Toyota of Orlando are excellent. When buying my Camry Felix Bentas showed me around he was great telling me all about the car. The next person I met was Alex Malatesta who worked with me to get the best deal with no pressure. Then I met Don Van Wie who went through all the paperwork explaining everything to me in a very professional way. To sum up this was the most fantastic car buying experience I have ever had from the moment I went there to the moment I drove away. I would recommend Toyota of Orlando to anyone.
DONT GO TO TOYOTA OF ORLANDO, READ THIS FIRST!!! i saw the advertised price, 2012 camry L, $18988, under "new specials". THIS SPECIAL IS AVAILABLE EVERYDAY in their website. i drove 142 miles roundtrip, and made a deal for $21K out the door, with 2 or 3 % Interest rate with the bald guy MIKE RUSH.. i asked a paper for this deal but he REFUSED to give me a copy of paper work. so next day i went there again with a friend to pick up the car ( another 142 miles) MIKE RUSH totally denied the whole thing, he said the advertised car is sold and not available ( if you read this, go to their website, it is still available), also MIKE RUSH TOTALLY DENIED EVERYTHING HE SAID he said, he NEVER offered 21K out the door, THE PRICE IS $23500 and interest rate is 4.9% if he said this deal in the first place, i would NEVER go to Orlando for the second time. so we left without making a deal, i already complained to TOYOTA OF USA, and they consider my complaint as i wrote this. 2012 Camry L is still on their website for $18988, THEY MAY REMOVE THAT AD IF THEY READ THIS. so bottom line, is if you ever go toyota of orlando, get a copy of the deal,before you leave the dealer, or NEVER DEAL WITH MIKE RUSH, BECAUSE HE IS A LIAR. i would go to another toyota dealer. this review is just a friendly reminder
My experience at Toyota was awesome. Everyone there was extremely nice and really listened to my wants and needs for a new car. They walked me through everything step by step and were not pushy like most dealerships you go to. I now have a new car! Thank you so much Antonio Cruz, James Lyle, Aaron and Nestor Menendez!
Do not go here – This will go nowhere, I know, but this is cathartic for me: Your dealership, no matter how shiny and new, is full of it. Your teams, no matter how nice and seemingly helpful, are cowards.
I came in to Toyota of Orlando knowing my car was worth less (I had an exact payoff) than what I owed. I knew my exact credit score. I knew all credit pluses and minuses (I ran a credit dept. Approving $1 million + loans for 10+ years) and I told your staff (Gladys Aparicio) all of this as soon as I walked in.
I am not sure what position Gladys holds in the family of Toyota of Orlando, but I can say that she does not represent your company well. She was verbally short, there momentarily and left never to be seen again – even though she was the representative online that brought me in. Perhaps she knew my qualification chances and did not wish to waste time on me. As a customer, that is all I can conclude.
I did not want to be railroaded into a test drive and ADDITIONAL credit check (I did one online) and all the b.s .paperwork that I knew was to come - and it came. I had to do all of the paperwork, additional credit check (I assume as no one could tell me definitively if my online credit check went through), test drive, time wasting crap that apparently you require. When all was said and done, the "manager" came to me and said there was nothing you could do. I tried to head ALL OF THIS OFF IN THE 1ST 10 MINUTES!!! You either can do something or not - some of your potential customers may know what can and cannot be done - listen to them. Do not waste their time or your employees’ time. We both end up feeling like a-holes.
In the end, neither Gladys nor Jesus (nice guy that showed me some cars – although he knew that I wished not to waste my time) had the guts to come out to me with their smarmy manager, as he came to tell me the facts that I could not be approved for the exact reasons that I tried to present to them up front. True class. This dealership is why people hate car dealers.
Here is a good selling tool: try listening and not sell sometime. You might learn something and not piss people off. This is a lot to hope for, I know.
This letter has nothing to do w/ being approved or not being approved. I was previously approved elsewhere, at a payment that works for me. I only wanted a car w/ lower gas mileage and was checking around for options. I was suckered in to you by your ads, but never again.
I have a lot of friends and I will tell each one to avoid your dealership. I hope they do the same w/ their friends.
I would wish you the best of luck, but that would be disingenuous. That is your calling card, not mine.
