I came here to look for a book for my niece. I like that they have computers where you can look up a book. So you many not know the name but you may still be able to find it. The associates were also helpful to help find the book.

An easy-access resource for books of any stripe, with impressive children's, business and bestseller sections. – In Short
Established in 1873 and still thriving, this mainstream bookseller boasts almost 600 locations and does brisk online business as well. Ubiquitous and well organized, Barnes & Noble arranges its huge book selection in 22 user-friendly categories, from Art and Architecture to Romance and Travel. Stores host seasonal book signings and family-friendly "Storytimes." Many locations also offer music, movies and cafes that serve Starbucks coffee.

over a year ago other obsession – If I'm not wandering around in foodie stores like Sur le Table a few doors down...I'm wandering the bookstores. When I go mall shopping with friends...they actually have to pull me away from the bookstores. I can't help it if I'd rather peruse the aisles of literature (or romance novels) rather than racks and racks of clothes that I'm not going to buy or can't wear. Barnes & Noble in Old Town Pasadena is definitely a shopping destination for me. They have a very good children section and I always find something for my nieces here. I'm the weird aunt that never buys toys. I buy books...and they love it...whether they know it or not.

Very generous bookstore – I really like this neighborhood bookstore. It just has such a nice atmosphere. Everytime i walk in, i feel at home. It can get very crowded on the weekends. It can be a nice getother place for teens and adults.

Its okay – This place seems to get a little to crowded at times but its pretty cool. It is kind of small but you will find just what you are looking for. The customer service is a little hard to find but hey.. they are so busy!

Not so bad – Just an average BN. The sitting isn't ample, the magazine selection could be better, and the store is not that large. If you are looking for a good BN check out the one in the shopping center at 3rd and Fairfax in LA.
