Email is from Mike Whittle, the son of the owner, who responded to my abbrev (due to space) email (below his) that was sent to my condo board and for some reason, my condo prez forwarded it to Mike. I do not know what family or attorney he is talking about. I'm hoping I'm saving other Assocs. Don't trust them with my money. His scare tactic to sue didn't work on me like it did on others. If Integrity is your property mgt company, please show this to your board and get rid of them!

I have tolerated your false allegations and slander for quit sometime now. It amazes me how incredibly stupid you are making statements that are slanderous and written libel statement. This has issue has been monitored for quite sometime. Your incredible stupidity is not my problem, it is yours.
Since you supposedly have a lawyer please provided me with the contact information. I have instructed our lawyers to aggresively stop you from spewing the garbage you continue to states. Furthermore; you are not protected under the insurance policy of the association because it is an intentional act that you been warned about before.
On a side note, your lack of condo knowledge is significant so I will remind you that as a Board Member it automatically prohibits you from using family members in the condominium business.

These are the reasons why Integrity is not good for us:
1. Integrity is dishonest. When asked to see the Comcast bill at their office on May 30, Mike Whittle says there isn’t one for 2012 because the contract was cancelled last year. I came home, emailed the board cc ing Mike to say we need to discuss about the bill because it didn’t make sense that we don’t have a bill when we still have Comcast. Additionally, after speaking to Larry Kaplan from Comcast on Tuesday, June 12, he confirms that a bill was sent every month to Integrity. Larry Kaplan is in charge of bulk account management and collection at Comcast. He says as of November, we have stopped paying and every phone call to Mike and Barbara, certified letters, and emails over the last few months have been UNANSWERED until about 2 weeks ago. Mr. Kaplan says he has proof in his attempts to communicate with Integrity. I am not sure what kind of business Integrity is running but they represent us and ignoring our vendors is not a good way to do any business. If Mike was dishonest to me about Comcast and one wonders why, what other things could he be dishonest about?
2. I can relate to Comcast after having experiences with Integrity s lack of communcation. My emails and phone calls to Integrity have rarely been answered or returned. Below are some examples:
A. My first email to Mike in March to see our condo records and an update of foreclosures cases went unanswered. When I emailed the board about his lack of responsiveness to my email and that I learned Integrity did not pay a bill for another Association (which by the way he no longer works for), my email was forwarded to Mike and he answered that email very fast by threatening to sue for slander. He has no case when there is proof of an unpaid bill.
Very unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – When I emailed them the day that I want to visit to look at my condo's records, they did not reply until I wrote to them a week later cc'ng the rest of the condo board and owners. Mike answered saying that they already said that any time is OK. First, they did not say that in my email chain and even if they did, when a customer and a board member asked for confirmation of the date and time and whether all the requested records will be available at that time, a reply should be sent in a timely manner. So I emailed them again specifically saying as a customer, a prompt reply is appreciated and I am taking time off from work and want to make sure all the records will be available to me. I was still ignored... twice. Not only am I taking time off from work, I will be driving 20 miles one way to see the records so I want to be doubly sure that everything is available. I called Integrity to file a complaint only to find out that his mother is the owner of the company. Also every time you want to talk to someone there, she or he is not available or out of the office. Even the owner was not there when I called and since the owner is the mother, I did not bother leaving a message. DO NOT USE THEM. THERE ARE MANY BETTER ONES OUT THERE. Unfortunately, the condo prez seems to be close to Mike and maybe that's the reason why he's acting very rudely.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE TREAT HOMEOWNERS LIKE GARBAGE – Be very careful when paying the dues because you have up until the 10th of each month to pay them but what they will do is still try to assess you with late fees anyway.Neighbors have told me how rude there experiences have been over the past several years and they feel they can't even reason with them and are offered a lame excuse when it comes to soving a specific problem and they really don't want to hear about it because they have other things to take care of.We pay 288.00 a month in dues each month and other associations who offer the same services are half of that.Why?They send a yearly budget out to the homeowners but nobody seems to ever question it. there is no question in my opinion that the charges are inflated and something is going on but that is just my opinion from looking at other budgets with the same services.We pay for a guard gate the landscaping the pool maintenance comcast basic cable that you still have to pay for even if you get direct tv.Who decided that?Btw Integrity doesn't do a criminal background check on renters so if you have kidsyou may want to think first before moving into Victoria Isles.What's the purpose of having a guard gate?Any criminal can live here anyway!I think if more neighbors got together and put integritys practices under a microscope I believe they would see that there's not much integrity at all!
They know their job! – I find it funny that very few people out of thousands of happy clients write a review. I believe that these handful of bad reviews says allot of good for Integrity or there would be more than 10 bad.
During these difficult times, Integrity has stood by our community even when we were unable to pay them on time for months. They have our vendors accepting the fact that we cannot pay them on time and they are still standing by us because they believe in Integrity. We had a board meeting and every question that was thrown at the manager was answered very thoroughly and gained even more of my respect.
Not so Bad – My home was broken into. The detective on the case asked me to contact the HOA and request a list of guests/visitors on the date of loss from the front gate. So, I contacted Integrity Property Management leaving messages. It was not until my 3rd message almost a week later when I rcvd. a return phone call. The man returning the phone call was very polite, apologized and offered to assist me with my request. So...stayed tuned ...I will report back as to the professionalism and his follow up.
WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY – This has to be the worst company I've ever dealt with. The property manager will never return calls and is extremely rude. They act like a bunch of bullies. They forget that we are the customer and they are here to serve us...we are not to serve them. They leave early in the office and come in late.
WORST MANAGEMENT ALSO "NEVER" MOVE INTO LAKEWOOD VILLAGE – FIRST OFF WHEN I FIRST CAME TO LOOK OVER HERE I SAW AT LEAST 15 TO 20 BIG DOGS ANYWHERE FROM GERMAN SHEPPARD'S TO PIT BULLS. WHICH I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH CAUSE I HAVE A BIG DOG... SO I WENT THROUGH RENT 1 SALE 1 (HORRIBLE COMPANY) AND THE GUY LIED TO ME AND SAID MY DOG WASN'T A PROBLEM. SO I WENT AHEAD AND MOVED IN.. NOT MORE THAN A WEEK LATER I HAVE THIS OLD MAN FROM THE HOA WATCHING ME LOOKING THROUGH MY WINDOWS DRIVING BY SLOW WHEN HE SEES ME.. NOT ONLY THAT HE'S PUTTING LETTERS UNDER MY DOOR THAT AREN'T EVEN LEGAL ON LITTLE PIECES OF PAPER HARASSING ME ABOUT MY DOG. NOW TO THE MANAGEMENT PART I CALLED THEM UP AND ASKED THEM WHY IS HE DOING THIS AND THE SAID HE'S THE PRESIDENT OF THE HOA HE COULD DO WHATEVER HE WANTS.. "WRONG"!!!! ALSO WHEN I MOVED IN THE MANAGEMENT WAS SUPPOSE TO SEND ME A STICKER FOR MY CAR NEVER RECEIVED IT I HAD 2 WARNINGS FOR MY CAR TO BE TOWED AND I HAD TO DRIVE TO THEM TO GET ONE.. THE STAFF AT INTEGRITY ARE NASTY INDIVIDUALS NOT HELPFUL WHAT SO EVER... WHEN IT COMES TO THEM GETTING THEIR 100 TO DO BACK ROUND CHECKS THEY SURE KNOW HOW TO TAKE THAT... SO WHAT I'M TELLING YOU IS """STAY AWAY FROM LAKEWOOD (TWIN LAKES DR) AND ANYWHERE THAT HAS TO DO WITH INTEGRITY MANAGEMENT"""" YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!!!!!
wow- these folks are BAD – everyone is either sick, out early, or maybe dead?
Someone answers the phone, and puts you straight through if you have a question about money and your bill, but if you have any kind of problem there is NADA response... like forever-seriously, they are all out dead! Your call WILL NOT BE RETURNED! This company totally sucks. As in SUCKS! Wish they had a negative star review!!!!!
Worst Management Company – This Management Company is very horrible. The staff is not helpful, rude, and not flexible. They left work before 5pm so we can never make it over there. In today's economic, all of them should be fired/layoff.
I would suggest the owner of this company review the staff's customer service skill and possibly fire most of them. If the management company still like this, we will for sure make the board file this company and find a new one.
Worst Customer Service – It seems that no matter who I speak/email to in this office no one returns your calls or emails. I have been trying for weeks to get my name on our community gate system, spoken to three different people (who have all stated they would follow up with me and haven't) and still no results.
The community itself is pretty well taken care off but like everything there are items which intergrity could improve on, other than there D class costumer service!
