Run don't walk! Steer Clear of Impact! Please do your homework before dealing with these bottom feeders. I made the costly mistake of ordering over the phone. They sent the wrong part - then blamed on me for them sending the wrong part. Paid to have the part overnighted (Lost that money), Paid to ship the wrong part back (Lost that money), Then they dinged me a restocking fee ( Again, lost that money) All-in-all, if you read the reviews of this company, you'll find hundreds if not, thousands of unhappy clients. They pad their reviews by posting positive remarks obviously from themselves. RUN - DON"T-WALK From IMPACT COMPUTERS - Crooked in every sense!

I work for one of the biggest Universities in South Florida and most of our non-warranty parts for PCs and now printers are purchased from Impact Computers. They usually have good prices and quick next day delivery.
DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! – They advertise at the lowest price, then after they've charged your card send you an e-mail saying the price has gone up. Yet for some reason, they are still listing the cheaper prices on their site and Google Shopping weeks later. You can cancel, but I'm still waiting for my money back. Obvious bait and switch scam. Maybe there have been some satisfied customers, but considering every item I ordered somehow had the price go up AFTER I ordered (without it going up on the site itself), something that has apparently happened to many others, I have my doubts. Listen to the bad reviews, DON'T SHOP HERE! It's not worth the hassle to THINK you'll be saving a few bucks on parts you can easily get elsewhere.
BAIT AND SWITCH. Don't Buy Here! – I won't buy from this vendor again! This company appears to practice unethical and illegal BAIT & SWITCH sales practices. Check out all the negative reviews on this and other sites!
Purchased small computer cable online and paid by paypal - vendor paid, acknowledgement email sent by vendor. 1 week later, I receive a phone message and email from Julissa in Sales telling me that the price had gone up and I had to pay more to get the product- AFTER THE SALE WAS COMPLETE.
They say a refund is coming. I haven't seen it yet

Read before dong business with Impact Computers – DO NOT SHOP HERE! We ordered a part, they sent the wrong one. After contacting them to let them know, they sent a return shipping label to us but only after many requests did they send one. This also was a fight since they did not think they should pay for return shipping. They credit our credit card for the cost of the part only, not the original shipping. When they sent the correct part, they charged us for shipping again. We made several attempts to get them to correct this. Per my conversation on 9/14/11 he said absolutely they would NOT be refunding our money for the original shipping ($10.15). He said they had already paid the shipper and he could not get his money back from them so he would not refund ours (keep in mind, they sent the wrong part to begin with). He also said "it was a company rule to not refund shipping charges and rules were not to be broken. If we started breaking rules we would lose money. It clearly states on our website that there is no refund for shipping. This includes if we send out the wrong part." I wish I had read the other posts before buying from Impact Computers. They are dishonest and unethical. Not only are they getting a very negative review, they have lost a customer for life......all over $10.15. Apparently Yuri does not understand the concept of fairness and good customer service.
Last time I am ever using this company!! I purchased some computer stuff from them and I was assisted by Naomi ben hur. When I received the package, I realized she messed up my entire order. I called back to complain and she was REALLY rude and gave me an attitude. My nephew and his friends who were at my house at the time and who overheard the conversation, told me that they coincedntally know her, and they suggested that I look her up on the Google, because according to them what I will find will be DISTURBING. I did just that, and indeed what I found was DISTURBING. I wonder how can a company which claims to be so reputable hire someone such as her?? Beats me.
Dishonest business. – I feel these people are dishonest. They told me they had the parts I wanted. I provided them with Dell part numbers. They sent me the wrong parts. They said they were compatible parts, but they were not. We lost an extra day of business as a result of the dishonesty in this company. After talking with several people it became clear they never had the correct parts to begin with. Plus they made the mistake and I had to pay shipping both ways.
After I decided I was not going to get what I needed from these idiots, I found the parts I needed for less money and better quality service.
Scammers, do not buy from them – Do not buy from them, scammers. They don't know what they are doing, full lack of customer support and understanding of the business they are in.
