Not worth the time. have been going to this shop for the better part of a year, and each and every single week the comics are out late (around when the close) or just not out on time (out the next day or later). Forget about asking them to hold an issue for you until tomorrow they just won't do that, and they expect you to subscribe even if you want only 1 issue. They also always seem to lose the pre-order information you give them. Its a decent location, just horrible management and employees. As for the rest of their merchandise, its either all sun bleached or over prices. Better off just buying everything on-line.‎

Horrible Place to get your comics. How hard is it to put the comics out on time and not take forever doing it?

Or how about letting someone pay for a comic (since they're always late) and being able to pick them up the next day?

That is the major problem with the place. I have yet to see a week go by when they are not late with a shipment when the rest of the comic shops in Miami seem to have them out by noon.

Also their so called "customer services" seems to be lacking. They don't really care whether you're happy with their service, they just want you out whether you buy something or not.

After almost a year of dealing with the owners and their sad employees (Gunra has is completely right with the description of the tard who puts the comics out and "Bizarro Mary Jane") I've gone to buying my comics there to just ordering them on-line.

Save yourself the gas money and do that.

Rude, Unprofessional, Late. I have been going to Outland Station since I started working nearby and decided to get my comics there. Ever since I started going there on Wednesday to get comics, they always had comics out by 4-5pm, which is pretty late compared to most comic stores. They put subscribers as a priority but even then, how long should it take to separate them and get comics on the shelf? The owner, an older gentlemen whose name I don't know, was rude to his cashier on multiple occasions in front of customers, calling him a dimwit, moron, and idiot. I never saw the old man there except on new comic book day so this cashier was there alone all the time. The cashier would also be one of the reasons to go to the comic store because he KNEW about comics and would talk about them to the customers.

They eventually fired the cashier and got a new staff. The new cashier is a girl which I believe is just there to get sweating pokemon players in there because I've noticed a large influx of card players and they spend their time gazing at her. She doesn't talk about comics or engage in any conversation with anyone aside from the owner and her little group of friends. Not that I care, but I miss coming to the store and talking about comics because there aren't many places you can personally talk about them with a large group of people.

They have one guy who puts the comics on the shelf but he doesn't know alphabetical order and is constantly saying "lawl how come Star Wars: The Old Republic is under Star Wars and not The Old Republic?" I don't know! Is it because it's a Star Wars title?! With this fool putting the comics on the shelf it takes three times as long for the comics to get put on the shelf.

Everyone who comes there for comics now just grabs them and leaves because there is no real comic atmosphere anymore.I once mentioned how I used to like the store before and the cashier said "So you liked talking to a thief and liar?" referring to the previous cashier. I decided not to be a rude so I could leave and not deal with a 19 year old bizarro Mary Jane. But, yeah, I liked the store better when it was primarily run by a thief and liar because he cared about helping the customer. Comics are now out by like 6pm and the store is surrounded by Pokemon trainers who sit in the way of the damn comic rack.

I really used to enjoy coming to this location but their prices, behavior. staff, and inability to get their product on the shelf in a timely manner is atrocious.

If you want comics and gaming, this is the place.. This is a great shop that will order what you want and hold it for you. The shop is full of comics and games and stuff (shirts, dice, action figures, etc.) and on Fridays and Saturdays it's *completely* full of gamers mostly playing CCGs. The staff is friendly and helpful and they're happy to help you.

Only comic store to get their new arrivals 6 hours after everyone elses.. The store does have everything in place but however, the new arrivals always arrive late and they take their sweet time in putting it for the average customers to get. The guy is annoying and has the habit to over explain everything. The guy that open the boxes can sometimes give you a attitude instead of getting what you want. It's painful to wait as they slowly take each set of comics and store it in indivual bags and boards for their subscribers. I understand putting the subscribers first but I wish they get things done sooner and quicker. The back issues prices can be horrible depends if they have any. They are only good in getting new comics. It's just me but yeah register guy(not saying any names)can get on your nerves when you just want to take your comic, pay and get out. They were jerks in pricing when they were in sunset place. Compare to Mac's and Comics and Anime, is with A & M for different reason. A & M has a superior inventory and back issues selection but everythings a mess. Outland is organized and easier to find things but always late on the arrivals and the store experience can be annoying for some people. For example, everytime I come when shipping is delayed, I have to hear the guy's explaination why this happened or how this happened and I just want him to shut up. Yes or No, thats it. Too much formality can be annoying.
