This is the worst dealer ever – OK so I walk in in and immediately get attacked by a salesman typical dealer attitude followed by 20 questions even after I inform them that I want to look around and I will get them when needed.... salesman followed me for the whole hour I was looking inventory.... I find a vehicle I like but can't understand the salesman so ask to continue deal with finance manager.... after a long and exhausting round of trying to sell me on a dozen services the deal is done.... now mind you I am buying a $50,000 car... I walk out of the office only to realize they scraped my car along the door trying to get it out of the doorway of the showroom... I get past that with promises that it would be repaired and they would give me loaner while my car is repaired to new condition... all lies they just re-sprayed bumper (which was a terrible job and it took me hounding them for a week to get it done).... oh and the loaner yeah negative they didn't give me one so I was out.... to this day the tail light is still loose….

Next dealer experience had to do with one warranty service... One of the speakers was making a funny noise so I take it in to get checked out... this takes 3 days as the I wait there an average of 3 to 4 hours a day for the stereo tech to show up which he doesn't until the third day... then I wait a week for the speaker to be shipped to the dealer and then 4 more unsuccessful trips to dealer without being able to pin down the elusive tech guy.... finally repair is made all is good again I forgive and move on...

So I thought... 2 weeks later I get pulled over and guess what dealer did not include tag transfer paperwork in my welcome package which I was told by them to keep in my car till registration arrived by mail.... so 3 emails later no response from dealer and phone calls are just a waste as everyone is out to lunch everyday at all hours there... mind you they charge $672 for the tag transfer not counting the $649 dealer fee... you would think they would answer an email... but I guess that is what happens when you buy a discount car at a discount dealer... had to go to tag agency and get a duplicate registration for 5$... this was my eighth day taken off of work to deal with my brand new worry free car....

Stay away from this dealer in fact run.... go to Broward to buy your car if you have to.... I love my Lincoln but hate the dealer in fact soooooo much that I don't want to buy another Lincoln because of it....
