Horrible Service and Food – I have been going to Thai House for several years. In the last couple of years it has been declining excessively. Today 10/31/11, I went in and to my shock received the WORST treatment ever. My waiter was Mawin; he came and rushed us to order, left came back with the food and beverage (wrong beverage), left and we didn't see him till the end. I complained to the manager with Mawin present. The waiter proceeded to argue with me in front of the manager. Customer service is horrible. I will never, EVER return to this establishment. The food was horrid. The staff was unconcerned about its patrons. For the amount of money spent for the food is sad to say I will not only give it a thumbs down but I will never recommend this establishment to any of my friends. Sorry to say, you have lost a VALUED customer.
DISGUSTING TAKE-OUT FOOD! ** BEWARE ** – JUST ORDERED $52.00 OF TAKEOUT. IT WAS DELIVERED W/IN THE 1 HOUR AS PROMISED. MISO SOUP & BROWN RICE VERY GOOD. STEAMED VEGETABLES WERE NOT EDIBLE: SO MUSHY THAT THE PEA PODS WERE ALL SEPERATED! THE CHICKEN TERIYAKI WAS THE WORST TERIYAKI, WORST CHICKEN & WORST CREAPY-ORANGY SAUCE THAT IT WAS FLOATING IN!!!! HAVE NEVER EATEN INSIDE THE RESTAURANT BUT NEVER WILL SINCE THEIR TAKE OUT WAS SOOOO DISGUSTING. They have a LOT of NERVE to charge $2.50 for delivery service!! MUCH BETTER & CHEAPER & NO DELIVERY SERVICE: EMPIRE SZECHUAN OF NEW YORK, 305-949-3318.
hands down, the best sushi in north miami – great restaurant, good staff, comfortable seating. they have tables where you can sit and put your feet in a hole in the floor. great for a date, business lunch, or family dinner
Food not always great – I order from this place a few time. My college is only a few minutes away and the same drivers never can find it again. I bought the crab and the feces is there for you to bite it. Then when you get you mouth full of yellow stuff, it a turn off. Then through they spring rolls I can taste there oil needed changing. I was able to taste other flavors that are not usually there. I never get my food hot just warmed as if it sat for a long time. I LIVE LESS THAN 5 MIN AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't understand it. There tempura is very horrible but it was my first time eating it. I won't touch anything tempura again. There scallop katsu taste likes it coated in some spoiled liquid. I do enjoy the spring rolls but when I try to give them chances to change my mind of them. The service and product is mostly poor. Also the delivery man let the food on the trunk for me to get it as he made to drive away. That is after i gave him a generous tip.
Thai? In looks only – The place has nice atmosphere but lacks the cooking. Either that or no one in Aventure has good taste.
Friendly staff – Thai House 2 has a varied menu, with something to please anyone. The food is consistiently good. My husband loves the curry chicken. It is rich! Seating is prompt, and the staff have always been very nice. Take out is prompt as well. Sometimes service can be slow, but it does get busy at nights and sometimes seems understaffed. The wait is worth it.
We eat out here any time we crave Thai food.
Great Sushi!!!! – We have been eating here for years. It is one of our favorite places for sushi. The food is always excellent unlike the service. That could really be improved, but the food makes up for it.
BEST SUSHI IN NORTH MIAMI – This place is amazing. Amazing sushi. Amazing peanut and miso honey dressing. Amazing pad thai. Def one of my favorite sushi places of all time. Decor is cool. Dim lighting...cool asian booths in the back to sit on pillows. Famous people go there occasionally...service is pretty good..get seated pretty quickly...all around amazzzzingggg placeeeeee...def recommed it
Terrific Thai – Having traveled extensively in Thailand I really enjoyed the food here.
Ambiance – Lovely ambiance- beautiful wood carved pieces, etc. Too bad the food doesn't match. It's so Americanized that you wouldn't recognize even the most traditional Thai dishes. Not your typical fresh herbs & spices that you find in other Thai restaurants. let's hope some changes are made in the kitchen, because otherwise this is a lovely place.
