Don't care what anyone says...I LOVE this MALL!!!. LOVE it!!! EZ access parking, right in FRONT. Cool, old school escalators. Marshalls was my first stop and I got alot of my Xmas shopping done under ONE roof. There's an AMAZING accessory store that I ADORED and plan to go back to, SUCH cute stuff!. Went to Traffic, got some new pumps, ON SALE. Few tops at Rainbow...great dollar store too. I mean...yes the place could use some work, but OMG the RIBS at the food court were RIDICULOUS! I'm just sayin...keep it real.

Really Ghetto. I would never go back to this mall. Not clean and features very "urban" type stores. Meaning lots of nail shops & stores you have never heard of that sell saggy pants and tennis shoes. Marshalls, a store I love, was just a mess! Plus so many vacant stores (I wonder why???) Sorry, if that is what you are looking for but I would say pass on this place. Yuck.

Completely REBUILT - #1 Shopping Destination in NORTH MIAMI. LOW Price is key here and that's what you get. With a Super Walmart sharing the property and Home Depot, Marshalls, Ross and Office Depot also on site this is a great destination to get it all done. The Mall is still trying to find itself but some of the stores have really crazy low prices. Old Steve & Barry's has got wholesale prices on all kinds of clothing and the PerfumeSupermarket outlet store next to the Metro PCS and Ana's Linen has discount & wholesale prices on perfume. Even bought 3 perfumes for $5!!!!!

The area has really changed for the better in the last 3 years. Security is ever present on site from the MALL (patrolling 24hours) and WALMART (patrol +cameras) not to mention local North Miami Police always around. There is a nice mix of locals which include Haitian, White, Jamaican, Afroamerican, & Spanish.

Also, tourists not interested in paying the HIGH prices at Aventura Mall shop there as well.

Found An Awesome Store Kenneth David. I spent $100 and I think I got 10 bags of clothing. Good stuff not junk. I got a ton of the old Steve & Barrys shirts ,pants, cargo shorts. The cargos were only $6.99. I got tshirts for $2.99. It is a little bit of drive but I like to check weekly to see what they get. It always changes.

Not So Bad. Being someone who used to shop there before Aventura Mall was even around as it is now...163rd mall isn't the worst. there is of course better but as a Miami Native there must be a reason it hasnt been closed down...There i can find stylish clothes and sneakers for cheap. Unlike other places. For a tourist not as recommended and there isn't anyone to fear there...The crowd isn't scary or as aggressive but when in doubt shop early.

Only one word can describe this mall....GHETTO!. Where's the beef? This mall has so much space and so few places to shop. Most of the escalators don't work, as for the crowd, (all I can say is watch yo back...)
