Nice dresses but rude, rude, rude! – My sister purchased her dress there and, while it is beautiful and exactly what we wanted for my wedding, the owners were not friendly.
When I came in later, they were rude to me also. I understand that such a small store filled with brides that need attention can be overwhelming to most, it is still no excuse for the type of attitude I received.
As a networking professional at a rather well-known and respected organization, I will not be shy about informing my colleagues and clients about my experience.
In a world where commitment to excellence in customer service is valued above the product itself-shame on you Olga?s for your unfavorable skills!
Your dresses are stunning, but your customer service is not...
Friendly service, good selection – I have nothing but good thigns to say about this bridal shop. Although I have not purchased my dress yet, I have shopped many salons in the area and this is the best by far and I plan to purchase from Olga's very soon. I had a one-on-one consultation (even on a Saturday morning) and they really listened to what I wanted. They also let me go through all the dresses myself and pick them out, whereas other places the consultant did that and only picked out the expensive ones. All of the dresses I tried on were under $1000, which, according to any bridal book you will pickup, is less than the national average ($1200, before alterations). The selection was great and they also offer a great selection of bridesmaids dresses, bridal accessories and shoes. The shop did not pressure me to buy at all and made the overall process of trying on dresses fun and relaxing. I am looking forward to my next trip back and purchasing from Olga's.
Rude owner – Biggest mistake I have ever made was buying from Olga!!!!
Everything is OVER PRICED and she has a nasty disposition
Exclusive doesn't always mean more expensive. In this case it means personal attention but competitive prices. – The Duds
The dresses here are good quality and even though you're going to find some well-known lines you can keep the whole ensemble under about $2000. And if that seems astronomical, don't worry. The staff will work with you and put you into something beautiful within your price range. Just because Olga's is a small boutique doesn't mean it's overly expensive. You can find traditional, frills and lace, but there's also a nice selection of modern, lots of off the shoulder and sharp.
Owned by a mother and daugher who have seen more than their share of brides, this family-owned shop has a friendly-type vibe. More boutiques than chain, the shop has mauves and light pink wallpaper and neutral wood accents. The prices, though, tend to be more in line with larger stores.
These folks are wedding consultants by trade but they really prefer specializing in the dresses. They also have a nice line of shoes.
