Rip off dont use – I saw an ad for the $23.99 oil change, car wash and vac. seemed like a good deal. no it wasn't, they tried to upsell me on everything, then the car was was terible. my car wasnt super dirty but the automated wash totally missed the lower sides by the door and the fromt area that had dirt still on it. the vac, i dont think was anything more than then taking the mats out, shaking them and putting them back, it was still covered in sand and bits, the cashir was rude and abrasive when I went to pay and dared to ask about the services she was asking me to sign for that i had refused.

Now my check engine light is on and my oil is not full , its 1/2 way between low and full.

NOT a good place to go. NOT worth it.

Horrible and unessacery upselling of work – I'm a BMW and Audi FACTORY trained tech that has been working with both cars over the past years at a couple dealers. Anyways, my sister goes there for a ladies day for an oil change. They "upsell" her a engine oil flush. NO dealer will recomend that unless your engine is in horrible shape from not changing the oil when scheduled which will cause sludge. Well I changed the oil in the car before she moved to FL and once she was down there she went to get it done and I KNOW that the car was perfectly fine. Sludge doesn't build up in 3k miles. Well they told her the engine had sludge and she needed a engine flush. well this is false. The car DID NOT need it. So I kept calling them while my sister was in the waiting room and actually got threatened by them calling me the "N" word and an A hole and whatnot because I was outraged that they would try this. I just got off the phone with her and she told me that they actually also tried upselling her for "high mileage" oil. I know its there, but the car has been maintained and not beat on and has 80k miles. They wanted to charge her an extra 25 bucks! ok, go to the parts store and compared oil prices at retail(they pay wholesale) the price difference isn't more than a dollar a quart. And this saturn takes only 4 quarts of oil. its a 1.9L engine. So you can do the math and figure it out....

This place is a RIPOFF!!! Ladies, protect yourself from places like this. I know you don't want to think mechanics are like this, but they are! Find yourself and honest person, you will know when you talk to them or go to your boyfriends/husbands garage or your parents garage. I've been in the feild long enough to know how these independent shops are. Heck, go to a dealer, those are more expensive but they won't sell you things you don't need, at least all the work that they will do is nessecary work.

Friendly and fast.

HOWEVER, I have a BIG ISSUE and nobody is willing to reply to certified letter sent last week or phone calls made!
