Reviews for Olive Garden

I used to frequent Olive Garden Restaurants a lot, but after this experience I will NEVER eat/recommend this restaurant.

I dined in with a large group almost 30 women. There was the buy one take one special going on at the time. ALL individuals that did that special and ordered the 5 Cheese Baked Ziti experienced food poisoning symptoms after eating our "Take Home" portions. Personally, I experienced profuse vomiting and diarrhea and had to miss a day of work). I along with the other individuals called and reported it. Spoke to a manager and then later got a call from an Insurance Company. We were promised compensation for our meals, but after finding out that none of us sought medical attention, we heard nothing back. i called on three other separate occasions and was told that I would be issued a refund on one occasion (did not receive so called back) and was told that I would receive a refund along with a $25.00 gift card to eat at other Restaurants in the Olive Garden family such as Maggianos. To date, months later I have received NOTHING! This is very frustrating and just absolutely ridiculous. NEVER again!

Traditional dishes and all -you-can-eat salad, soup and bread sticks are the draw at this upscale-casual Italian restaurant. – In Short
Established in 1982, this chain gained a following for its laid-back atmosphere and generous portions. Patrons settle into comfortable booths and tables in dining rooms with plants, artwork and décor reminiscient of the villas in the Tuscan countryside. Starters include scampi, sausage or pepperoni pizza, and several soup choices, as well as a signature seafood dip (crab, shrimp, cheese and marinara). Entrees include classics like lasagna, fettuccine Alfredo and chicken parmigiana. There are also "Garden Fare" options, which promise 30 percent fewer calories.

nasty, pushy and "why don't you go home – Very bad "italian" food....service is poor, they hurry your table, seem to be looking for more eaters to increase their tips. Not a good meal, not a good experience, and, definitely NOT GOOD ITALIAN FOOD.

Great Service – Food is wonderful, but the service is just as great. The staff can recommend wine and food and great desserts
