Best it gets in Tampa. I'm a Carmelita's fan, but I live in Tampa, where the choices for Mexican are sparse. But I know that I can rely on Rio Bravo for soem good enchiladas. I hear the fajitas are good too. Service is usually pretty good and bathrooms are generally clean. It may not be my favorite, but that won't stop me from going once a week!
