horrible company – This company has been called out three times in the last two months to fix my ac unit; two of those three times has been for the same problem. The lady that answers phones there has been extremely rude and has even blamed me for there mistake. The have no showed all two times they have came out, and it took me calling them to find out they were not going to show up. The other time i was told between 10-12 then at 2pm i called then they told me 4-6 then the guy showed up after 6. They just leave you wondering if they will or will not show up. If you want your appliances fixed in a timely manor and correct, do not use this company.

Don't expect anything for a month – First impression was great then once they had our $ they could care less about pleasing us or giving us what we PAID for.
Our dryer coil needed replacement so we order the part through them. When my husband (a handyman my trade) installed the part, the part blew. We brought it into them the next day. They blamed us for poor installation, despite the fact my husband could do these in his sleep. They said they were going to get a replacement part and we would have it the following week.After four days we called to check the status. "I'll look into it and call you back". No call returned. Two days later, same thing. Then we started calling every day for 2 weeks trying to get an answer, with the same response "I have to ask someone else to get your answer". No one had an answer and just passed us off to waiting for the ellusive person that did, to call us back. After 3 weeks for a family of 8 trying to live without a dryer, no cash returned and no part # to try and get a new part on our own....we demanded to talk to the owner. "We'll have him call you".....same story. Every day for a week. "We'll have him call you". Eventually my husband told them he was calling the BBB and News Channel 8. The owner called and offered us 50% of what we paid or for us to buy another dryer from him. We told him we were already dissastified with his business and werent interested in anything else from them. Supposedly our full amount should be on our debit card tommorrow.
great business – all florida appliance and ac is a reliable and great company to fix any ac or heating needs or appliances i highly recommend this company for anyone that comes across it this company is always on time and does professional work as well never had a problem with them ever.. love the company and will stay with it...
Customer Service? What's That? – This company is the worst. I placed a warranty request on my refrigerator through my home warranty company American Home Shield. All Florida was the vendor that was called by AHS. The tech came out the same day and said the compressorwas bad. This was on a Friday. The part did not get ordered until Monday afternoon. It was coming form Chicago. It took 7 days for the part to come in. It was not on back order, it was shipped gound service. Now remember we are talking about a refrigerator, an applicance that is neccesary to the normal function of a household. By the time the part was installed 13 days had passed. At no time was I given the option to have the part overnighted. I would have paid any price for that since I had already paid $40 in ice to keep at was left of my food cool in three coolers on my patio. When the tech came to install the compressor, he said that a relay should have come with the compressor. It did not, but instead it came with a re build kit. Well of course the re build kit was the wrong one. The relay had to be ordered. Another four days had passed before the tech came back out and installed the right part. This part was coming from Jacksonville. Again no consideration for the customer. The relay should have been overnighted as well. Fifteen days passed with no refrigerator. Some things can wait but a families refrigerator? This company gets a zero for customer service. All they had to do was ask about getting the pasrts here faster. Even though the repair was through the warranty company, I should have been given the option of having the parts overhighted.
The Best of The Best – I've had All Florida to my home several different times over the years!! I have fantastic service regardless if it was for an appliance or air conditioning issue. Each time I call for service I get prompt and courteous service and the fees are always within my price range! Love it!!
COULDNT ASK FOR A BETTER COMPANY – AWESOME! AWSOME! AWESOME! I KNOW EVERY COMPANY HAS BAD REVIEWS AS I WAS LOOKING AT ALL FLORIDA APPLIANCE & A/C REVIEWS I CAME ACROSS A FEW BAD ONES BUT I GAVE THEM A CHANCE AND I PROVED MYSELF RIGHT, THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND WAS AFFORDABLE... YOU GOT MY VOTE!!!

Professional, Knowledgeable and courteous technicians – Kudos to All Florida Appliance & AC! I've used them twice thru my warranty. Each time the technician has been professional, respectful and knowledgeable. They make every attempt to completely service their customers the same day. I'm grateful for the work that they've provided for my family. Realizing that they already have clients scheduled for each day but still make every attempt to fulfil the same day service requests as well gives them an A rating from our family.
Responding to Previous Reviews – I would like to take this time to apologize to any customer who felt as if they were mistreated by me (Melisa). For the customer that wrote the last review, I remember this as if it were yesterday. I know you did tell me the unit may have been low on freon. But being the fact that my technicians ran over 15 emergency calls and used up all there freon over the weekend and unable to refill until monday, I still decided to send him because like you said "you think it was low on freon" so I took it upon myself to send him to look at your unit, so at least we knew what we were looking at. And I made the right choice because you did'nt need freon you had a leak in your coil which requires a leak search and you decided not to wait for us to preform the leak search. So once again I apologize for any misscommunication
