WASTE of MONEY !!! – The place looks cheap and out of style.

I had a bad experience with Christine , who was recently promoted? I had asked for the previous color that I used at the salon, however, she either mixed it wrong or used the wrong color as it did not match at all . She charged extra for highlights but I can barely see them. I usually never write reviews, but feel I need to warn future customers!

lastly, during the shampooing, they are supposed to massage the scalp, but she used limp hands, felt like fish hands, afterwards I was not satisfied with scalp massage, i feel like i was over charge

You'll be spoiled! – I had a great experience at this salon. For a basic haircut they gave me a consultation where I felt like the stylist was really listening to me, a wash plus scalp massage, a cut, and a style. People around the whole salon kept asking me if I wanted a drink or if they could get me anything. The stylist gave me a trendy cut that is super easy to take care of. She was very receptive of my opinion and she asked me questions about the cut during the whole process. The price of your cut depends on what level the stylist is at so the fee can be very reasonable. My stylist was a mid range rank. I will definitely be making another appointment soon!

You get what you pay for! 5 stars – I started coming to Tribeca almost a year ago. I had been looking for a permanent stylist and had experienced a lot of stylists that didn't listen to what I wanted, and who have butchered my hair and left me in tears.

I discovered Tribeca through a recommendation of a friend and I will not go anywhere else f4rom now on. You get what you pay for at cheaper salons with brassy color and crappy cuts. At Tribeca, I walk in to and am always greeted promptly with a beverage. The wait is always short to see my stylist: her name is Deborah and she is simply amazing. She listens to what I want to do but can temper it with her extensive knowledge and experience about my hair type and what will and will not work for my hair. I love it here. The price is a little steep but completely worth it knowing I have a stylist I can trust to make me look fabulous every time.

Chelsea on Kennedy location - Great! – I have been going to Chelsea who works in their Kennedy location. I have naturally dirty blonde hair and i have done highlights and lowlights for about 2 years with her. She always does EXACTLY what I ask and i have never once been disatisfied. Last time I was there, we went super dark brown and it came out great. I am in the process of going back to blonde and i highly reccommend her for anyone with naturally lighter hair who likes to do highlights and/or low lights!

Expensive, but Worth It – I finally found a place to get my haircut in Tampa. I had tried a few other places but everyone else seemed to give me the cut/color they thought I should have, not what I was actually asking for.

I recommend Kelly for color, highlights and lowlights – Kelly has a natural talent for recommending the right shade, and applying the color in a way that is seamless so that it looks natural. What more could you ask for? I have been to salons that charge 3 times what she charges and her level of skill is an absolute bargain!

better than great!! – Jamie is my stylist and he is the greatest in my book. I've been a customer for a year and a half and can't imagine going anywhere else. I've referred many to the salon and all have left happy. It's a little pricey but worth the money!

Great experience – I have been to almost every salon on this side of Tampa Bay and have finally found Tribeca to be the place that I can say consistently delivers great service and experience. AFter I get my hair done by Steven, I always get noticed. The cut and color are always what I wanted and the price is right.

I love this place... – I have been going to Tribeca for almost 2 years. Before trying Tribeca I was going to the same salon in New Tampa for about 5 years until one of my friends (and all of his friends/family) convinced me to try Tribeca. I was hesitant because I was comfortable with where I was going and I didn't think I could find something better, but I was wrong. My friend recommended Amanda in particular, and she is amazing and I am still going to her this day. However everyone working there is great and is very talented and if the situation ever arose I would trust any of them to do my hair. They know the latest trends and techniques in hair cut and color, and will do what will look best on you and update your own style. I have also sent several people there from work and they have never been disappointed. Also they don't just cut your hair, they will actually show you how to style it and will help you pick out products that are right for you. I couldn't get the hang of a certain technique Amanda showed me one time, and she actually let me come in and watched me blowdry my hair so we can figure out what I was doing wrong. That is priceless!

Somtimes it doesn't get better the second time – My first visit was okay. Nice folks. Cut was great - the color not so much. This guy must have been new becuase he kept asking the other stylist their opinions. The end result was a strange shade of brown/orange. Not a good look for a brunette.

Second visit - disaster! Went in looking for a new short look. Same stylist from before completely jacked up my hair. He was scared to cut it. Of course he asked every stylist around him for input and needless to say I was petrified. I left feeling defeated.

If you do go to Tribeca - go with one of the seasoned pro's.
