Best Breakfast Joint in Clearwater – My 4 yr old asks to eat here every weekend. I haven't had anything that was bad. I don't eat pork, so it's great they have a turkey sausage (tastes even better than the ones at Cracker Barrel and Bob Evans). They leave a whole carafe of coffee at your table. Once you are seated (even though they get crowded, they always seem to seat you in a reasonable amount of time- and you can drink complimentary coffee while you wait!) the food comes very quickly. Service is phenomenal...friendliest staff.
The best thing I like about this place is how CLEAN it is!
Best Healthy Breakfast Fare – If you want to eat out and don't because you think your only option is Denny's, try First Watch. There can be a considerable wait at popular times, especially Saturday morning, but it's worth it. Their iced tea is excellent. There is something for everyone on the menu. The service and food are consistently good. Parking is a problem due to their popularity, but it's usually just a short walk down the parking lot.
Best Breakfast – While the seating is slow if you do not have reservations, the food and service make up for it. The quality is consistant and high.
This homey, family-style restaurant chain dishes up some of the city's best--and most affordable--breakfasts around. – In Short
First Watch may serve lunch, but it's their take on breakfast that brings in the diners. Pancakes, made to order with toppings such as blueberry, granola, and bananas, are served in a doughy stack with a selection of syrups. Florida french toast features slabs of cinnamon raisin or sourdough bread sprinkled with wheat germ and piled with fresh bananas, kiwis and berries. The standard bacon and cheese omelet gets a twist with avocado, Monterey jack and sour cream, and chunky home fries are available with most entrees. Lunch is mainly salads and sandwiches.
Great Breakfast – This is a very comfortable place for breakfast, food and service is good. Price is reasonable.
