Atlanta Location near Waffle House Headquarters – I can see that Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen is likely a very good dining experience for "the many". It is clearly a well-run and mechanistic enterprise. Unfortunately for me, however, the grind among employees to move customers in and out of the door resulted in among the most humiliating service experiences of my life.
The apparent greed at helm of this ship seems to drive otherwise perfectly good employees to toss humans around like dead fish. I left in the middle of my first course; remaining only to stew from the sense of insult which resulted from my insignificant place in their grand scheme. To her credit, the floor manager was aptly prepared to answer my complaint.
But the fact for me is that I was just some chum in their business process until I complained. And by then my appetite was wrecked.
Papadeux in Marietta, GA – Great atmosphere and service! Maximum wait time for my visits was 30 minutes-well worth it. Has the best Lobster bisque I've tasted yet!
Excellent Service!!! Great food!! Love this restaurant!!!
Outstanding Service – This is a great restaurant to bring my family. I have tried a couple of different Pappadeaux, but this one has to be by far my favorite mainly due to the service. These guys are outstanding on service, everyone is so nice, and the waitress helped us with our order by suggesting what was good and gave us here opinion. I know most other places will say everything is good, but I appreciated her honesty.
Also, I noticed the manager was going around to the ables making sure everything was okay and if we had any concerns or suggestions. This really showed me that they really care about their customers.
The food I have to say is amazing, the Cocktail Shrimp for a starter is a great way to go. I can't even pick one favorite dish because I liked everything that we ordered.
My family and I will definately be coming back.
Love this family of restaurants! – Love this family of restaurants. Especially this one, with the Fresh Fish and the Tasty French Quarters Flavors. We always get the Shrimp & Crawfish Fondeaux as a starter, followed by one of their many seafood specials. Its a can't miss seafood place!
Pappasito's Cantina in Marietta is another great restaurant the own too.
good seafood – This place serves nice and fresh seafood, which is my absolute favorite. I ordered the crab and tuna and had a wonderful time eating it.
MY FAVORITE RESTAURANT – I lived in Atlanta Metro area for 7 years and this is my favorite restaurant!!!. The food is EXCELLENT and the portions are hugh. You MUST try the blackened shrimp and crawfish fondeau it is to die for. Another favorite is the fried soft shell crabs. I have never been able to find another restaurant anywhere where I can get soft shell crabs all year long. I can't wait to visit Atlanta and this will definately be one of my first stops. I always order 3 each of the soft shell crabs and fondeau two of which I bring back to NJ with me. I WISH there was one in NJ/NY/CT!! Also the SWAMP THING is delicious. I have eaten at all the locations in the Atlanta Metro area. The Alpharetta location is my least favorite. Friday and Saturday evenings are extremely busy so be prepared to wait 30-60 minutes. But the food is well worth it!!!
Great Seafood Just Over the River – This is a fine restaurant experience. Good food and good service. If you're going on the weekend evening then you might want to make a reservation. The atmosphere is awesome and you won't break the bank. Perfect for Mardi Gras since the theme of this seafood heaven is that of the French Quarter. I recommend anything on the menu that is blackened. It'll give you that Louisiana flavor. This will be sure to become one your favorite eateries right away.
BEST CAJUN SEAFOOD IN GA – WE ALWAYS HAVE A GREAT TIME AND AN EXELLENT MEAL WITH AWESOME SERVICE.WE FREQUENT THIS PLACE ABOUT TWICE A MONTH AND ARE ALWAYS SATISFIED BUT GET THEIR EARLY LONG WIATS BUILD FAST.
Jacked Up Service urban service!!!!!! – Yesterday my co workers and I went to Papa Deaux for lunch and the following happened. For some reason I started to cough really bad and requested a glass of water from our waiter. Instead of getting me the glass of water, he proceeded to keep telling us the specials of the day. I had to run across the restaurant to the bar to get a glass of water so I wouldn?t choke to death. The bartender asked if I was ok and I stated no. The bartender quickly gave me a glass of water and I returned to my party. We ordered our food and waited over 40 minutes and heard nothing from anyone. Finally when the food came the order was wrong and our waiter could care less. After one of my co workers requested a manager did we get some type of response? We received 30% of our bill but, I have to say this whole experience has turned me off to Papa Deaux?s immensely! Please tell your wait staff if you don?t want to be there, stay home.
