I'm not sure if I should be writing this review under Taylor Construction or Gutter Guard ( I was told they are "sister companies").
I filled out a form from Taylor Construction during Snellville Days 2010 in the interest of replacing windows. No longer needing windows my new home needs gutters. When I received a call from TC I asked about gutters; customer service was wonderful. They were able to schedule an appointment the following day..I also stressed that I would not be buying that day.
The gentleman was 30 mins late (no big deal), I would prefer he didn't have gum in his mouth during his entire visit, not refer to the PowerPoint as "made for 3rd graders" then ask if we understood, keep repeating he use to be General Manager for Gutter Guard so he doesn't mean to
"toot his own horn", then at the end of the visit we told him we would go over finances and discuss all information given..he packed his belongings without a word and when we asked for his business card he replied, "I didn't bring any, we're in the Yellow Pages" and stormed out as if telling a child no.
I'm thankful we had another company to price gutters for our home.
