My wife and I had dinner here two weeks ago, and even though we waited for over an hour (it was a Saturday night and we did not have reservations), our experience was just as wonderful as ever.

My wife's filet came out a little closer to well done than medium, as she ordered it, and though my wife did not send it back, they discounted the price of the filet completely off of the bill.

Service like this has gone away at most restaurants, glad to see at least one establishment can recognize an opportunity to please a customer.

We have been loyal patrons and we will continue to be loyal patrons at this great Roswell establishment.

Great food, atmosphere and service – If you are looking for a place with a good atmosphere, convenient location, sizzling fresh good food and outstanding service, please make an immediate stop at Brookwood Grill in Roswell.

I came here for the first time to celebrate my friend's birthday and it was fantastic. The service was quick, attentive, and wonderful. The entrees were freshly cooked, sizzling hot and very tasty. I am a serious penny pincher with money but I have to say even the prices were reasonable.

Actually, i'm going back there today. :)

Looking for great food and service, go to Brookwood Grill – I have been dining at Brookwood grill for 10 years now. I have seen this restaruant grow and continue to give excellent food and service. In 2000 I was an employee at Brookwood Grill; I am a Chef now as well as a certified Hospitility Manager for the National Restaurant Association, and in my opinion the standard of service has always remained consistant and from the front door to the check. Everyone is inviting and attentive to our needs. As for the food, if you want Prime Rib, look no further! The menu has a wide variety of choices, and the price is well worth the portion and quailty you will receive.

Best service and food in Roswell – This place has been one of my favorites since moving to Atlanta. Most nice restaurants you get small portions and pay too much. But at brookwood everything is huge. You don't expect that from a place of this caliber. It is a little bit more expensive but it makes up for it in service, quality, and portion size. They have been around a long time for a reason. Highly recommend it for any occasion!!

Multiple bad experiences – As it is essentially across the street from where i live i have been here on a few occasions. On almost every occasion it has either taken forever to be seated, or once we have been seater the service was slow. Not only was it slow, but it seemed like they didnt even care. IT was so bad one time that the manager gave us a very very genrous gift certificate to make up for things.

When we came back to redeem the gift certificate unforunately the service was slow, and my steak was overdone.

I have been back a couple other times with friends as they like it, but it just nver does it for me. The menu is ok, and the food is just ok, just not worth your night out. MY other reviews are usually quite generous, this place though...

Great Chicken Sandwich – Live music many nights. Good food, including best vegetables in town. Good wine selection. Great atmosphere.

Love Brookwoods Grill – My boyfriend and I went to Brookwood Grill for the first time on Friday. We LOVE it. The staff was great and very attentive. We started with the Chicken Satays, they were fabulous. I had the Asian Chicken salad and he had the Chicken Finger Platter. The salad was refreshing and plentiful. My boyfriend being a Chicken Finger connoisseur quickly put them at the top of his list. The sides we tried were the Gouda Mac N' Cheese and Garlic Mashed Potatoes. Coming from a very dissapointing New Years Dinner at Ruth's Chris, eating at Brookwood Grill has delighted us and we can't wait to return with friends . Brookwood Grill has quickly become a favorite

The Food Quality's a Crapshoot, Service? Just Crappy. – Ambiance: Nice, like a Houston's Knock-off. Hostess was friendly, seated us reasonably quick. Our waiter seemed bored & insisted on rambling on & on about the menu, describing every dish in excruciating detail while we sat there trying to concentrate on figuring out what we wanted from the menus we already had in our hands. He was a big fella, kinda gallootish, yet managed to come off as snooty.

We asked if the spinach-artichoke dip was any good & he recommended it. He brought it out and it was bland, mushy & tasteless. Very Applebee's. The cajun chicken penne was okay, though the sauce was very much like nacho cheese dip, just thicker & with a sprinkle of cayenne.

My dinner date got a salad with steak & fruit, I forget the name, and ordered the steak rare. He does that because he enjoys his steak medium rare & most places will either cook it one or two stages hotter or just burn it to medium well. They only over-cooked some of the steak pieces to medium rare, the rest were medium.

Highly Not recommended. If you want Good Pricey "American Fare," go to Houston's. I you'd like fairly crappy & Waaaaay overpriced American food, swing on by to the Brookwood Grill.

Best steak I have had – Our meal at the Brookwood Grill was very, very good. The Filet Mignon was perfectly cooked and was the first time I think I've ever experienced the full range of flavors possible from a steak. The Caesar Salad was among the best I've ever had. The waitstaff is very attentive, and the atmosphere is very cozy. It's not cheap, but in this case you actually get what you pay for.
