SCAM... won't go there again...never – After purchasing from this company over 10 years, here's MY review of the service I received:

Took a lap top in for keyboard replacement. Was quoted $50 for both parts & labor.

A week later was called to pick it up as it was "ready".

Upon picking it up I was now being quoted $79.00 and the dvd/disc drive was now non functional and would not close.

It worked prior to dropping it off as I was listening to music hours before turning it over for a keyboard replacement.

Now, this to me was unacceptable as I was told it was ready. NOW the "tecnician" had to get involved to explain to me that the only thing I was being charged for was the keyboard. Ok, acceptible, but NOW the disc drive is screwed.

He took it apart in front of me as I wouldn't leave until I had an idea of what to post here.

Upon opening the computer it looked HORRIBLE inside (from the orange juice spilt over two years ago in it). Oh, he also put it back together leaving out screws that he had to remove to dissasemble it. I of course asked him to put them back in.

Not only did the tech ignore this condition, but now it's caused my disc drive to become unfunctionable.

I asked the mgr to please fix it and call me when it was completely ready as the money wasn't an issue. But at this point she just wanted me to leave. Even asking her if she could possible resolve the issue that wasn't an option for her. Now she DID lower the price to the initial qoute (only because another customer was present and overheard the entire conversation).After 10 years of purchasing and reccomending this place I assure you I'll NEVER be back.

I even told her to expect a review on the internet and that it would cost a her a lot more than just to fix it and me pay for it. Some people just don't understand how businesses STAY in business. Referals.

Here's what you can expect:

1. Good/fair pricing on parts.

2. Horrible customer service not wanting to resolve the issue EVEN if it meant YOU'D PAY FOR IT.

3. A technician that only does the BARE MINIMUM and ignores any other condition that would make the store more profit. It would even allow him more money for make-up (for the dot on his forehead).

4. No AMERICAN values like all the other businesses that seem to be taking over our country and putting us out of work.

Overall....there should be a big banner over the store front that reads : "W D G A F"
