We only started using Ragsdale last year, when our system went out and they came and replaced it in a timely fashion, reasonably priced. We signed up for the maintenance package and they have been on time every time. This time, we got a call the morning of our appointment telling us that the technician would be at our house shortly, and he was!! Michael Mullins has been our technician the last two times for the maintenance and we are very pleased with him. He is courteous, professional, well dressed, competent and very helpful with any questions that we have.
This was the first time to use Ragsdale. They were recommended by a friend here in Fairfield Plantation.
My 3 ton heat pump quit working on my house. Steven Smith diagnosed the problem and in the process checked all of the components in my system. This unit was 14 years old.
The part was ordered and he returned several days later, installed it, cleaned the system and did a very professional and thorough job and I highly recommend him.
Very quick and efficient. Extremely nice receptionist and technicians.

A Great Company! – I have been a Ragsdale Heating and Air customer for the past 10 years. It is always a pleasure to have their service technicians come to my home. They are always very respectful, and knowledgeable about any questions I may ask. I really like that I can call as late as 6:30pm and a real person answers the phone. Scheduling calls 6 days a week is very helpful too, it means I don't always have to leave work early during the week to have my system maintained. I had a new system installed last year, I was well pleased from start to finish! I would recommend Ragsdale Heating and Air to anyone.
I couldn't ask for more... – Recently, I had my HVAC system replaced and there was only one choice to make. When I lay out thousands of dollars on something, it had better be right...from start to finish.
From the start, Ragsdale answered the phone with a real person...a big deal for me. Next, they handled my request with the needed urgency that made me feel like they were interested in solving my problem...no heat!
Finally, they sent a crew of some of the most awesome guys I have ever seen. Clean cut, well spoken and hard working. The installation was prompt and looked and worked much better than my old system. A+ for me.
I know Ragsdale Heating & Air is not a perfect company, but they came very close to it with me. I will continue to call Ragsdale and tell my friends after the experience I had with them. Keep up the great work!
What happened to your excellent customer service???? – After being a satisfied customer for over 7 + years, this recent call for emergency service has proven to be a case of "what happened???
After our air conditioner started blowing warm air, and since we've never had an issue with them, Ragsdale was called........
Mind you this was the first week of June, deemed as the hottest week so far this year.
Unable to make it out the first day, a rep Jason arrived the 2nd and proceeded to made nasty comments on the state of our filter. He later concluded we needed a blade for AC.
The inside of our house was approximately 100% while we waited 5 DAYS for the part to arrive.
It was my fault for waiting 5 DAYS for a part to arrive when in 2009, if it's located, why should it take this long????
Ummm....think FedEx or UPS overnight.
Jason was immature and unprofessional, in addition to the office female staff, who swore she stated the part would be in Thursday not Tuesday, as she stated earlier.
Additionally, due to my health, the heat induces medical aliments and I truly suffered those 5 1/2 days.
Absolutely, I was not the perfect docile customer and this tech Jason advised a neighbor who is in the same line of work, that I was a "rattlesnake" etc....
Upon his returned he advised my husband how's he glad to work with him and not "his wife", me.
This "rattlesnake" of a wife keeps our house running singlehandedly and decides which businesses we use.
You are FIRED as Jason should be as well!
