They moved & lost most of their maintenance history records. – Keyes Acura moved down the street to a smaller building. This was my first time at the new location. I went to get an oil change and diagnostic. I've been going to Keyes Acura for over 5 years. Apparently, now that they have moved, all of the records from my past appointments are gone. It's great when you can take your car into a place and they know your maintenance history. I don't even know all of my maintenance history because I figured they would always have the files in their computers. So when they ask if this or that has been done to my car - I don't really know and apparently neither do they. That's really my only complaint. They still treated me well and had my car ready and clean in a few hours. But I have to say I'm a bit disappointed they lost all of my car's history.
KEYES ACURA IS CLOSING DOWN – A LOT OF PEOPLE HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF (INCLUDING MY OWN FAMILY )BY THESE BUNCH OF CHEATERS WHO OPERATE THAT DEALERSHIP.
I DID NOT MEET EVEN A DECENT PROFESSIONAL IN THAT DEALERSHIP WHEN I WAS TRYING TO GET A BRAND NEW TSX FOR MY COUSIN.
THEY WERE PLAYIN GAMES STARTING FROM THE GENERAL MANAGER ALL THE WAY DOWN THE RANKS OF SLUM PLACE.
THE ONLY PLACE TO GET AN ACURA IN LA!! – I went to Santa Monica Acura first and was pushed around and treated poorly. I went to Keyes and was helped by Andrew and Ramin in the sales area and Peter in finance. All of them were amazing and I feel like I got a great deal and I know I was in the hands of good people!! Thank you to Ramin, Andrew and Peter for making my experience easy and painless!!!
the worst car buying experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!! – We were looking to buy a TL and was searching for a good deal online. Sales people from Keyes emailed us and eventually we talked on the phone and got an incredible deal on a new car. However, when we came to pick up the car problems started. First they ran our credit report and said that our scores are not good enough and that they can not get a financing on the same terms we had agreed on the phone. Then they came back saying that they have connections at Acura financing and got us finance but we need to put more money down and payments would be higher and finally my husband got up and left. We realized that they never intended to honor the deal, just wanted to get us in hoping ones we are there we would not leave and since they were doing us "great favor" with our "bad" credit scores we would buy a car from them. Thanks god we did not buy that bs and left. We got great deal on a different dealership and got financed within 2 minuted of submission, without any favors or connections because in reality our credit score is good enough to qualify us for tier 1 credit. Thus, Keyes Acura are the worst lairs I had ever met. Avoid at all cost!!!!!!!!!
bad experience with sales manager Ray Negahi, but then supervisor fixed things – Looking back, we got into it with Ray more than was necessary, but he wasn't very professional - he yelled at us and escalated everything.
My wife contacted the general manager the next day, and he gave us an excellent price on the car and had it delivered to our house. It seems like the upper management is serious about keeping customers happy, but I'm not sure if this attitudes extends to all of the employees.
Keyes Acura Replacement Parts - Smart, Well-Spoken Employee – I ordered a replacement mirror glass for my 1994 Acura Integra and Jason who picked up the phone processed my request and answered my questions within, I'd say, 40 seconds. Boom. Done. Pleasant, professional, fast, bright.
The End Justifies the Means... – I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. The first time I went into Keyes, I spoke with a salesperson who didn't hassle me at all. He let me test drive the car, asked me when i was looking to buy and gave me his card. I had just recently moved to LA and therefore was planning to buy a car soon. I didn't actually buy for 2mos but he never called me and harrassed me into buying one sooner. When the time came to buy the car, the negotiating took a bit of time but in the end we managed to meet in the middle (towards more my side) and work out a great deal. Their customer service is excellent and even though their inventory is low, they can find you the car. I would highly recommend going there to purchase the car. The salesperson's name was David Mills.
