Gracious service and generous amenities in the heart of the city's arts district. – The Scene
Commissioned as a private estate by clothing magnate George Muse in 1907, this gorgeous English Tudor mansion has been divided into 22 spacious suites and tastefully remodeled into a bed-and-breakfast. The inn is situated in Ansley Park, an upscale neighbor to Midtown, minutes from the High Museum of Art, Symphony Hall, Alliance Theatre and 14th Street Playhouse. The Fox Theatre--not to mention Crescent Avenue's chic restaurants and bars--are a short drive away.
Most rooms include a whirlpool bath, and several provide private fireplaces for romantic getaways. The hosts take good care of the clientele, maintaining a casual, friendly atmosphere. A complimentary breakfast is cooked to order by the inn's personal chef, and home-style desserts can be found in the dining quarters nightly.
Good Rates, Better Location – My parents stay here whenever theyre in town. The rates are extremely reasonable considering its quaintness and central locale. The staff has always been accommodating.
