I truly despise these people!.
am truly disgusted with these people! I lived in one of their communities (Wynthrope Forest Apartments in Riverdale) which was actually a pretty good experience up until my final 3 months there. They changed management and have been on a steady downward spiral ever since.
Anyway, I moved out on April 30th of this year, did the walk through and everything. I have yet to get my $400 deposit back. I called the property manager and all she had for me was a smart mouth and a nasty attitude. I've called Harbor Management's corporate office 4 times. Each time they said that they mailed me my check. The last lie they told me was about 3 weeks ago. Now I may not be a Rhodes scholar, but I know d@8#! well that something mailed in metro Atlanta does NOT take more than 3 days to reach another metro Atlanta address!I'm tired of their lies, and I'm considering litigation.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from properties owned by this company!
