Bought a vacuum from Jack....it said in big letters "MADE IN USA"....in little bitty tiny letters underneath it says "with global(forigen) components(parts)"....a lie is a lir in any typesize!!!!!
Awesome! I pulled up and a guy came out to help me unload the vacuum. I thought it was because they knew me but no, they do that for everyone! I walked in and told Jack and Pat, "That is great customer service!"
Anyway, my relationship w/Jack and Pat began several years ago. My wife and I bought a new house and I thought it appropriate to get her a new vacuum. I considered the normal retailers but then thought, hey, why not go to the experts. So I walked into Jack's shop and said, "I don't want to spend a ton of money but I want the best vacuum you have." He didn't mince words, he just walked over to a particular model and said this is it. He made his case, showed me more expensive models but DID NOT try to upsell me which was very impressive. Over the years since, he has maintained my vacuum, only charging me for the work done. They have never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. I buy my bags there because they are less expensive than the retailers and lets face it, I'd rather give my business to them.
Now, the reason I decided to write this review is due to my most recent experience. My wife called and said the vacuum is broke, would you please fix it. I came home, examined the underside and found a broken belt. No biggie, just go to Jack, get a belt and we're home free. Went home to put it on and found out the reason why it broke was a damaged roller bar...Crap!!! This was going to cast money I thought. But hey, Jack has always treated me fair so off we go to Jacks. His guy comes out to greet me, I show him the defect (because by this time I've already taken the vac apart), he takes the pieces and heads straight to the back. Jack and Pat invite me to have a seat (I thought I was going to have to leave it there and come back to pick it up) . I sit and have a nice conversation with Jack and Pat, fully expecting to shell out a few bucks for a new roller bar or bearing or something. 5 minutes later, the guy comes out with my vacuum completely repaired. He showed me what happened, my wife ran over the power cord, stopped the roller bar and broke the belt but said the damage to the cord did not warrant a new one, just be careful in the future. I thanked him, turned to Jack and asked, "What do I owe you?" He said, "Nothing, happy to help." Talk about customer satisfaction! (get that from a retailer!). I highly recommend them and will never go anywhere else.
Dyson Owners Read up! – I have owned a Dyson for 2 years, and thought it was not cleaning as good as when it was new. I found through Dyson that All Vacuum Wholesale IS an authorised warranty/repair center.
First of all I found that the staff is friendly and helpful. ( One of the repair men met me at my car and helped me get into the store, thats service!)
The repair man took my vacuum, and I explained the problems. So the service man brought me back and showed me the filter that was cloged, and then showed me another filter that i did not even know was there.
This filter was black and just nasty.
He went to explain that these filters were the source of my problems. I told the man that my vacuum was under warranty. He said yes it is within my original 5 year warranty, but filters and belts are not covered. he clearly knew what he was talking, I called Dyson and specifically asked if the filters were covered or not. The filters are NOT covered. You can call and ask Dyson specifically yourselves.
The repair man explained that if I did not replace the filters, I could damage the vacuum by overheating he motor and therefore burning it up over a period of time. This would be considered a human error issue.
I can not say enough about the staff and their service. The repair man put my vacuum back in great shape and made sure I understood how and what to do to maintain my vacuum, this has saved me a major repair bill ( Thank You Roger) and I will continue to use their services. Friendly, knowledgeable, informative, fast, and relyable. These people are the BEST!!!!
In & Out in a Jiffy! – I have an almost 12 year old Electrolux cannister vac & All Vacuum Wholesale is the BEST place to get it serviced!
The neck broke on the vacuum head attachment & I envisioned having to wait while a part was ordered but NO!...the VERY NICE & KNOWLEDGABLE repair guy had the broken part off, showed me where the break was, and had the new part on in no time flat!
THANK YOU ALL VACUUM for making my problem almost painless! Also, thanks to the repair guy for being so friendly and quick!
Very disappointing, unethical experience – My experience with Wholesale Vacuums was very disappointing. After contacting Dyson several times regarding a problem with my vacuum (the beater bar no longer worked), Dyson told me to take my vacuum to this facility. My first impression was that they were very knowledgeable and helpful- they even met me at my car to help me with the machine.
That's where it all went downhill. They called me later that day saying that I needed to have them professionally clean my machine and buy new filters or my warranty through Dyson would be voided. I had 4 years left on my warranty so I decided to have them do the procedure. The cost? Over $70 dollars! My husband, however, smelled a rat. He called Dyson and Dyson told him that EVERYTHING ALL WHOLESALE VACUUM TOLD US WAS WRONG! Dyson filters never need replaced and the cleaning was something we can do ourselves. We immediately called and cancelled the service and picked up the vacuum as soon as possible. They lied and used unethical business practices to trick us into spending money at their store.
While Vacuum Wholesale may have the knowledge to fix the machine, they also have the ability to rip-off their customers. Always double check before having them perform any procedure. Needless to say, I will not be going back.
Jack the Vac Man! – They are so customer service oriented that they see you pull in, and THEY come out and get your vacuum. I enjoy going there because you can sit and visit if you want with Jack. They are a pleasure to be around. We had had only great things to say about this company. We have a Kirby and they have kept it in tip top shape. I would recommend to anyone.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM ALL VACUUM WHOLESALE – I found All Vacuum Wholesale online in search for a good quality name brand used or refurbished vacuum. In this down market I could not justify paying $300 for a vacuum. So I went in and told the sales guy that I would be vacuuming up after muddy boots and some gravel and needed a good commercial vacuum. Well he shows me this refurbished Electrolux which I knew was a good name brand so after his sales pitch I was Sold! I left the store thinking I had the best vacuum in the world for only $150. Well needless to say after the first use it started to throw the dirt out thus doing a lot more harm than good. So within 30 days I went to the store to try and get a refund. He first inspected the vacuum and said the bag was full so I looked at the bag and it wasn?t even a quarter full so then he said that it was getting stopped up and I would need to change the bag after every use. You can imagine my shock when he told me this. I explained to him that I was very upfront when I bought the vacuum in what I would be vacuuming up and that it didn?t make since for me to have a vacuum that wasn?t going to do the job they said it would. Well after a few minutes of going back in forth the man which I believe was the owner asked what I wanted him to do and I said I would like a refund in which his response was ?That?s not going to Happen?. I told him I was not satisfied and I would be writing a review and his quick response was ?Well I will write one about you? and was told to leave I went outside where my vacuum was waiting on me on the sidewalk courtesy of All Vacuum Wholesale. I would NOT recommend buying from All Vacuum Wholesale but if you do Get a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee in Writing because after all if they can?t warranty it for 30 Days than you know something is wrong. As a consumer this was the worst purchase I have ever made.
