This resteraunt is the worst if been to in a long time...we were told a 30 min wait and weve been here an hour waiting! And it keeps changing. They dint know what the hell their doing
Worst Red Lobster ever visited – Red Lobster used to be one of our favorite places to eat but these past six months have left us feeling disappointed. On several occasions the fish was not cooked and had to be returned. We kept going back thinking that they just had an off day. This seems to be the norm with our local RL. This last visit the broccoli was old with brown and yellow spots not green. The Flounder made me sick and I will not be returning back to that RL. I decided to write after my friend told me today of the bad experience they had with RL yesterday, bad broccoli and biscuits that were not completely cooked.

Live lobsters wriggle in a tank inside this seafood emporium, where nautical-patterned booths and colorful, fish-shaped tables in the bar area add subdued touches of whimsy to the room's classy dark wood accents. The menu can be downright decadent, with starters of artichoke lobster dip, seafood fondue, and crab-stuffed mushrooms. Entrees feature lighter, grilled fare like mahi-mahi and North Atlantic sea scallops, along with signature lobster dishes, snow crab legs, and jumbo fried shrimp platters.
An unbelievably bad experience. – Savannah's Red Lobster has serious problems. We were greeted by a host who seemed to be lost and confused when it wasn't busy, and our server didn't notice us for about 7 minutes because she was cleaning. Her introduction was rushed and forced, and her uniform was obviously not ironed. My salad came out in a reasonable amount of time, but the appetizer was so late that our entree was up at the same time. I suspect she was too busy cleaning to notice the appetizer was up.
We refused to have both brought out at once, so we could enjoy each one, but she brought out the entree while I was finishing the appetizer, forcing me to hold my appetizer plate in the air to finish it. The entree was "dead" by the time it got to us, and was none to appealing visually. When our server checked on us, it was as if she forgot to and was rushing to get back to cleaning. Ironically, she never cleaned any of the used plates or empty glasses from the table. Flagging her down for the check proved impossible, and even a different server could not be enticed to get her attention for us. We ended up walking to the front and having the hostess check us out.
Overall, the experience was abysmal. Low lighting that should have been romantic was depressing instead. Service was atrocious, and management at that restaurant should be questioned for their employee choices and management practices.
I was thoroughly unimpressed, and felt thoroughly burdensome and unappreciated. I will not be back.
There was one good point to the evening: The crab was delicious, even though it was cold by the time we got it. But since it came without handi-wipes, I could not adequately clean my hands of the crab and now my steering wheel is greasy. My fault for not washing my hands in the bathroom, I suppose. But by that point I just wanted to leave.
