Consistantly Great Service! – Dr. Ha was excellent as always. I always have a pleasant experience here. My cleaner was gentle and no cavities!

Unprofessional dental office with horrible customer service – As a non-picky person with not very high expectations, I gave this dental office a try. Their dental services were mediocre at best. Not to mention, the staff was unfriendly and did not seem to care about their patient.

However, my real complaint and reason for writing this review is their lack of responsibility and professional service. After my visit, I got a bill charging me for x-rays that my insurance did not cover. I wasn't even supposed to have x-rays (only 1 every 1 or 2 years for insurance and safety reasons) and furthermore, I did not remember getting any x-rays done. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt and called in to see if there was a mistake. I called several times and was told that I "should have" been asked about the x-rays before the procedure was done, but they "did not hold responsibility". According to my insurance company, the dental office does hold responsibility and it was unfair for me to have to pay. When I called them a final time, I was also told that I'd be called back, which never happened.

I am truly disappointed and plan on never returning. I am now a happy patient under the care of Happy Tooth in Chapel Hill.

horrible service, low quality staff, never go back – This was one of the few places I could find in RTP area which accepts my dental insurance and also accepts new patient. I didn't check the review before I went, which was a big mistake. My first appointment was for dental hygiene. The staff from the front desk to the hygienist are not very professional, not friendly either. The hygienist was very inpatient and not very skillful. I complained my teeth were hurt and tried to have some break. She was unhappy and left. Another Hygienist came to clean my teeth after I waited on the chair for a long time. I would never go back this office. One visit is enough for unpleasant experience... I won't recommend this office to anyone!

Worst Dentist Office Ever - POOR Service – Unfortunately, I have been a patient at this practice for several years. After EVERY terrible visit I leave promising myself that I am going to find another dentist....and every six months I find myself scheduling because it's so close to my work and finding another dentist is just a pain. NO MORE ! This office is horrible, the staff are unprofessional and the dental assistant speaks literally NO English which has caused some serious communication issues, she was also touching things with no gloves (that was my breaking point), the gentleman at the front desk is so RUDE and condescending, they are disorganized from start to finish, and the wait time in just plain nuts. Would you like me to keep going because I can. Bottom line folks....KEEP LOOKING for another dentist. I will be looking, I refuse to spend any more money supporting this office.

Poor, poor practice – I've left the "care" of Carolina Dental Associates because I suspected I could get better treatment elsewhere. My suspicions were accurate.

The new dentist showed me how several of the fillings that Dr. Robert Ha did were NOT sealed and therefore causing tooth decay. I certainly have no dental training, but I do know that when you fill a cavity, the cavity needs to be completely sealed/filled…hence the term “FILLING”!!!

To further arouse suspicion, I checked the Better Business Bureau on Carolina Dental Associates and saw that they scored an “F”, whereas my new dentist scored an “A”. So, it's clear to me that my new dentist isn't the party who has issues.

Finding a new dentist! – This dentist office is a joke! The receptionist is so rude each time I call or go in. She never smiles, is very unprofessional, always seems in a bad mood. Their is always a long wait to actually be seen. Then whenever I get my teeth cleaned there they do a TERRIBLE job! They hardly even clean my teeth, they still feel dirty when I leave. They even try to let me go without the dentist herself actually looking at my teeth! I am definitely finding a new place to go!

Need a dentist? Go somewhere else. – Background: My previous dentist dropped from my network.

New patient going for a cleaning and check-up. Met Dr. Ha and he was off for a route canal... Yes the office is that big (10 Chairs!). Hygenist gave me some crappy advice about brushing my teeth. Never saw Dr. Ha after cleaning. Paid bill and was out.

2nd visit: Was in and out in 30 minutes, never saw Dr. Ha. (Yes both of the their names are Ha). I asked the receptionist if Dr. Ha was here. She replied "yes, did you need to see him?" I said "no, I just have never been in an office like this."

Ladies and Gentlemen: All I wanted was a checkup and good cleaning where the dentist can look my entire mouth to see any problems, and make recommendations (offer preventive care). And not have a bunch of hygenist using water drills to clean your teeth and never see the dentist. If your oral health is important, go somewhere else!

Rude receptionist and office manager, and long waiting time! – I finally gave up on these clowns after four years of office visits! I had to wait over an hour on average for each visit in the past four years and each time office managements are getting worse and worse. If you asked something (i,e. reschedudling), they will threaten you with penalty and fees. My waiting time doesn't count for them, but late arrival (i.e. 10 minutes) will count for fees!!

They will do any to make money!

Cheater, Squeeze $'s, Rude attitude (Specially Receptionist) – Always a long waiting time (around 45mins-1hr).

Receptionist is rude, whenever I tried to talk to Dr Ha, No luck...Receptionist never passon message to Dr. Never passon my Phone to Dr Ha..Even not ready to provide Email id of Dr. At this moment of time, I am suffering from pain due to mistake of Dr Ha. I would recommend not to visit Dr Ha under any circumstances.. It was my bad luck that I have not gone thru Reviews, else I would have prefered not to go to Dr. HA...Good luck to those who still visits Dr Ha..

If I have a option to mention negative marking, I would have marked with 5 -Ve Stars..

Very Friendly Atmosphere – I am new in town and needed to locate a new dentist for my family. This office was able to work us all in in a timely manor and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The hygienist was very nice and the Dr. was very pleasant. I would recommend this office to everyone!
