Raleigh's Best Kept Secret. I've been searching for a good aesthetician to help me keep my adult acne breakouts under control. I felt like I was on an assembly line at the other spas in the area (Skin Sense in particular). I also felt they pushed the products way too much. After my first trip to Maura's, my skin cleared up dramatically, to the point where I stopped using my prescriptions from the dermatologist. She takes a real hands on approach to skin care and doesn't rush the appointment. I hate raving about her b/c it may get hard to get an appointment with her! She is a real treasure

Nothing but the best. I have been getting facials for years and I can honestly say that Maura's is the best. Maura sits down and talks to you about what your skin needs are and what you want to get out of the treatment. She really cares about the happiness of her customers in the end. I would recommend Maura to anyone.
