We have a very clean and quiet park. Pets and service animals are welcome. We have had several tenants with Certified service animals. If someone is downloading movies, it will interfere with the WiFi speed. We invite everyone to come visit our park.
Silver Spur Ranch has many customers who return every year to enjoy our lovely AZ weather in a beautiful park. Amenities include large clubhouse, heated swimming pool, 2 heated spas, huge dog run, 3 shower buildings, 3 laundries, and a billiard room. We invite you to visit us and ask one of our tenants how they like it here. We keep our rents low and our property clean.
03/12/12: The Water is off again yet we didn't receve a notice for when this is gonna happen as described in the lease agreement.
Why is the water always off?. Every time I turn around there is no water. Last I checked we are suppose to get a notice for when this is going to happen and we never do. Its always an unpleasant surprise.. ALSO They claim to have free wifi but it NEVER works
The water was off for a short period to conduct emergency repairs. The park had other buildings on site equipped with restrooms and showers if needed that were not affected and had water to them. The Wi-Fi is state of the art and performs well. If there problems, we reboot and have the system up within minutes. If you're unhappy with anything, please visit the on-site manager to resolve any issues.
Arizona's Worst Park – There is no complaint system without it being held against you,Tonto Management personell will call you or your Dr's names, nothing is done about any complaints by the manager, You must be friends with the manager to get away with anything.
Service animals are barely tolerated, even though following fair housing act. nothing in here is right from the manager up through the management company. every thing is run down and not in good repair. NO WATER PRESSURE at times, especially in the winter. Some don't follow the rules in the contract, but others must.
Hostile living environment – Since my parents have moved into this park, they have been harassed and discriminated against by the management. The manager has her "favorites" in the park and it seems as if they do not have to follow the rules like everyone else. When management is confronted about others violating the rules, my parents were dismissed and labeled as complainers. All my parents want to do is be treated fairly and with respect, neither of which you will receive from the management company running this location.
When my parents tried to voice their concerns about the way the property was being managed and about the false accusations that have been alleged against them, they were talked down to, cursed at, and there was no level of professionalism from the individual from the main office that contacted them.
Something needs to be done about the way people are being treated at this location.
Getting Ripped Off and forced to move – I was being evicted after having to sign-up for SRP after being there for over half a year. Laura the park manager told me I would get my electrical deposit back once I turned in the paperwork showing I had my own SRP account. I did that and they both Rachael and Laura refused to give me my deposit back saying I never paid the dposit. You can't move in without a depoist. I was being evicted over an electric bill that was supposed to come out of my deposit. I was paid until the end of November 2011 and forced to move. Watch out this place will put a lien on your property if you don't pay on time, evict you for complaining about the sewer system or anything they can find. They have refused to pay me my electric deposit back and my two months rent that was prepaid. Keep your receipts for these guys are crooks, unprofessional people in dealing with the public. The facilities are not the best, There are a lot nicer places to live.
I stayed at Silver Spur again this year and it was even better than last year. I made a lot of new friends and everyone in the park was very friendly. Their new dog run is great!
The coffee and doughnuts were as good as I remember from last year.
Mesa RV Park – We are having a wonderful time at this resort. The facilities are very nice, we especially enjoy the heated swimming pool. The staff are friendly and host many tenant functions. They also offer very low rates compared to comparable parks in the area. We pay $1800.00 per year, the monthly rate is $209.00 plus electric.
forced to move – we witnessed the forced moving of paid renters multiple times. the first time the renters paid for a spot and when they came to put their rv in the spot the manager had rented their spot to another renter. very unprofessional. weeks later the same manager came and told the renters they had to move as she had rented this space to new renters. multiple arguments ensued and the lady even brought some man with her as her "enforcer" to the final meeting. ultimately the lady manager got her way and the renters had to move. oh yeah, as all this was going on one renter has been undergoing chemo for cancer treatments and has trouble with standard normal duties, and almost passed out due to lack of breathing and over stressed during the move from one spot to the next. all this was documented and on video in case anything extreme happens. would not recommend this park to anyone. owner of park would not return calls to renters.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PARK.
